It makes excellent coffee, but the Bluetooth option is very hit-or-miss. We don't even bother using the Bluetooth option anymore. I recommend saving some money and going manual.

I bought this a month ago and there are times when I press down the top to start the brewing process and nothing happens. The matching just says WAIT. So I have to repeat the process until the brewing process kicks I. Frustrating.

I can’t believe how quickly this heats up and has coffee ready to drink. My only negative is that I can’t get a tall cup under it. I had to tip and hold the cup while coffee brewed.

I love this unit, so easy to use. I like that I can program it from my phone. I do get way too many emails from it though, lol! It makes the best brew I have had from a Keurig machine, this is my fourth.

I had my coffee maker replaced because it stopped working. The process to replace was very easy. The replacement seems to complete the brewing cycle more quickly and more quietly than the original. Really enjoying the warranty replacement.

I really love my K Supreme Smart Single. It’s so easy to program from my bedroom what time in the morning to make right before I get off of bed. So love it! And so attractive too!

Actually great machine but the design it has 5 punchers into kcup i guess where cold and hot water can go in,if u want 3 level of colder coffee grounds pour out of kcup everwhere so is that reason they put on sale

Only reads pods about half the time. Brews very slow. This is a replacement that completely stopped working after 4 months. Wish I had stuck with my last brewer.

Love this Keurig! It’s a smart coffee maker that lets you choose size, strength & temp of coffee. The water reservoir is smaller making it easier to fill. The smaller profile takes up less space on the counter too.

Original Coffee maker stopped brewing coffee. Called customer service, and after a few go rounds, and returning the original a replacement was sent. Now I am enjoying morning coffee again.
