I didn’t need a new Keurig, but I couldn’t pass up the offer. I also didn’t need a smart coffee maker, and didn’t even think I would use it. I was dead wrong. I absolutely love my new coffee maker and the smart feature is amazing. I love Keurig because I don’t drink a pot of coffee every day and I am the only one in my home that drinks it. I also love the auto ship abilities and I can adjust my order accordingly. I can’t live without my Donut Shop coffee and on their site, I get it cheaper than the store brand versions. It was getting expensive so I started buying the store brand Donut Shop versions.

So far I love it!!! I have had it for a couple of weeks now. 😍 It is much quieter than my last Keurig that I've had for about 11 years it still works, I just wanted a new one. This is my second Keurig and my favorite coffee maker ever!!! I am able to adjust the strength to intense and still make 8 oz instead of only 4-6 oz at a time to get the strength I want!! LOVE IT!!!!

This is the fourth k-supreme in 3 years. The failure rate is not satisfactory. The k-supreme is a right size and convenient brewer, but they regularly fail. The most recent machine that failed was only 3 months old. My question is: Are the machines designed to fail within 2 years?

This coffee maker was a replacement for a unit i had for less than 120 days. The original coffee maker was black, but it was not in inventory and I had to settle for a grey one or wait for an extended time. Due to errors on Keurig's part it took over two weeks to get the replacement. I had to invest in another coffee maker to cover the two week period. The replacement unit often "locks up" and says wait on the display, only way I found to get it to work is unplug it and then plug it back in. I have been a Keurig use for over 25 years, but I find the quality and support is sadly lacking on Keurig's part. When working the coffee maker is okay, but I will hesitate to purchase another Keurig.

This is a great little brewer! I had misgivings about ordering the “Smart” brewer, but it has won over this old-fashioned girl. It’s easy to use, and with the five strength settings, there’s one for every person or special need. I’m using the lowest strength right now to appease a touchy stomach. My daughter uses the fourth strength to satisfy her preference for a stronger brew. I’ve only had my brewer for a couple weeks and haven’t learned everything about it yet. I don’t know yet how the set up Favorite Brews. That isn’t a problem though, as setting it to brew takes only a moment. Who even needs Favorites! :) I LOVE Keurig brewed coffees. A perfect cup every time—even if you’re distracted by yelling kiddos or a pressing need. What’s NOT to love! I drink mine black so level 2 brew is perfect most days and with all the coffees I have: Eight O’clock; Green Mountain half-caff, hazelnut decaf, Vermont and Nantucket Blend; Gloria Jean hazelnut, McCafe special blend and more. The handle on the water tank is a great feature. My last brewer was the K-Select. I liked it a lot too, but the water reservoir was a little awkward to fill because of its odd shape. Not a big deal as once you got used to it, it was fine. This brewer’s tank has a nice squared shape with a securely fitted lid, and the handle makes it very easy to handle. We really appreciate that! It holds a good amount of water. I highly recommend this brewer. It’s small but mighty. :)

Great buy! My Keurig of 12 years finally stopped working. I was looking for a replacement that would be comparable and not take up too much space. This one absolutely did the trick. Love that I can connect to WiFi and brew before I even come downstairs :) I’m impressed, and happy with my buy! Hopefully this one will last just as long as my other one.

I like that the water reservoir is on the side. Makes it easy to fill. I’ve had many Keurig coffee makers and they never seem to last more than a few years but this time the sale was too good to pass up and it still makes a good and easy cup of hot beverage for one person.

The Brewer is not able to confirm that a cup is present. Scheduling a brew does not help when you still need to confirm that a cup is present. On the other hand, if you ask Alexa to start a brew, the Brewer will proceed whether there's a cup there or not. Alas, the drip tray barely holds 8 oz. The Brewer is overly complicated and slow. You have to wait for the Brewer to identify the coffee pod and then it takes a couple of button presses to start the brew. The Keurig App is too slow to be useful. Smart delivery is marginally convenient. I like the flat top of the Brewer, since I can place the coffee pods on top to save space. I like the ability to put the water reservoir behind the Brewer since, that also saves space.

Within the first ten days had to call keurig support twice. 1st time could keep coffee maker connected to the internet, then couldn't connect it to internet. After call got it connected. Then the same night maker not dispensing water. Called keurig support they said the code was a pump failure so they walked me through some resolution steps and it started working again. Keurigs Customer support is great. The Coffee maker now seems to be working. Fingers crossed that it continues as when it is working it is a great coffee maker. Now that it's working I would give it 5 stars

This machine is awesome! It knows what the kcup is when it’s about to brew and remembers my settings. I can use the app to connect to the machine as well although you have to load a kcup in order to do so but it works awesome. I love that it has a refillable reservoir with a filter. Would definitely buy it again. Btw, I used refillable kcups before but you can not with this machine as this drip has 5 openings where my previous machine had only one drip nozzle in the center. It’s still amazing. Once I figured out how I like my coffee, it’s been the best cup ever since.
