Very Impressive Keurig Coffee Maker

I am then very impressed with all the different features of this Keurig. Smart automatic ordering is a great feature. The unit feeds back to the company so the company knows when you’re down to a low number of K cups and it automatically sends out the ones that you have selected. It failed at one time to make a cup of coffee and actually apologized. The wonderful deals they offer when buying a new Keurig combined with free coffee makes a whole experience great.

Don't buy this Smart Brewer!

Worse Keurig I have ever owned! Nothing Smart about this brewer. No user manual and the download manual very poor. If you puncture the K-Cup before you brew it the machine considers it a used K-Cup! Constantly disconnects from your WiFi network. Brewes dish water! Still waiting for my refund! BTW I have owned 6 Keurig brewers, what were they thinking?

I like it. I did not connect to wi-fi, that’s a feature I can live without. I like that the feature of the 5 holes in the k-cups no more hot water hitting my hand when I open to remove the used used k-cup. No splatter while brewing and choices of how you want your coffee classic to intense brew is nice. I recommend getting this k-cup machine it’s small and light weight.

Preference of which coffee makers still prnding

Nicely styled coffee maker, makes a good cup of coffee of your desired strength and oz. size The water reservoir is a disappointment, its not secured firmly in place, if a pod or whatever may cause the brew to not filter properly everything backs up and sprews water and coffee grinds all over the place. Like the idea of noting the pods and monitors useage for reordering. The unit is not as heavy as previous models. Presently prefer my older model.

Trying to be too smart!

The machine is very slow to detect K cup brand and get ready to brew a cup. I also don't like that if it selects signature blend as it does for most of my flavored coffees, I cannot change a single thing such as making it hotter without selecting every setting and I have no idea what it is has selected as best options! I have found that when I select 10 oz cup, the coffee tastes bitter but if I select 8 oz it tastes fine - except for not being hot enough. I never had this issue with my previous Keuring machines. I think this "Smart" is really trying to be too smart and doesn't make a good cup of coffee

This coffee maker fits my needs perfectly. I get a fresh, hot cup of coffee when I want it. I can choose many coffee types including flavored and iced! The maker has a small footprint so fits nicely on my countertop yet it has a large water reservoir so I don’t have to get water often.

Not as good as I was expecting

I was hoping for a coffee maker that was more intuitive and mindless to operate like most technology today. The instructions were the worst I ever came across. A coffee maker should be a pretty basic item to setup and yet there wasn’t anything simple or intuitive about this machine. The instructions didn’t even provide basic pictures for you to follow along in case the written instructions were lacking. In this case both the written instructions and the pictures were horribly written. I ended up finding a YouTube tutorial and it was a breeze from there. The instructions were so bad that they made no mention of how to move the water reservoir from the side to the back or even that this was an option. Had I not noticed this on the website before I ordered it I would’ve never known you could do this. Once I had it set up I tried making a cup of coffee and again this wasn’t an intuitive task like it should be. The symbols on the machine don’t make much sense so once again I found myself having to watch a YouTube video and it was easier. Overall it makes a decent cup of coffee but I don’t think it’s worth the added money for this so called “smart coffee maker”. If my old machine still made coffee hot I wouldn’t have upgraded to this one and if I knew what I know now I would’ve just upgraded to the new version of my old Keurig coffee maker. I don’t think it’s smart capabilities are worth it mostly because it’s not that smart. I like Keurig coffee makers but I wouldn’t recommend this machine.

I've had keurig coffee makers for as long as I can remember drinking coffee. This single serve coffee maker is my favorite, so much so, I just ordered another when it went on sale to have as an extra. I love being able to make a cup for friends according to their likes, strength, size, temp. just pushing a few buttons. The single serve suits me as well.
