I had the K Supreme Smart for 10 months then several features stopped working. Keurig sent me another one with same issue. Then another one with same issues. I requested the K Supreme that’s not Smart this time. It’s fine so far. They said the Smart one had outdated software.

This machine was sent to me as a replacement for a machine that quit working after about 2 months. This new one was an upgrade, which I was not expecting. There are more features on the K Supreme Smart coffee maker, which I have been enjoying using so I am very pleased.

Very Good Coffee

Got my K-Supreme SMART brewer about 10 days ago. First two days it worked as advertised and my wife and I both set our favorites. After that the BrewID works about 60% of time but since we have our favorites set we can still get a very good cup of coffee. Have not tried to brew cold coffee yet.

4th replacement the charm?

This is my 4th replacement in less then a year !? I have one of the first keurigs still working. But seems the water pumps on these are absolutely terrible. Everyone ive had wont suck the water then get error message. What pain to have to call for a replacement every 3 4 months

Good but complicated

The brewer is great, the need to connect to wifi seems silly to me, would have preferred not to do that but the operation of the coffee maker is excellent. The auto processing slows the ultimate goal of coffee but we are still getting used to it. I have not tried to create a custom blend yet, that may improve the timing.

Not worth it

The smart part of it is not smart. It says put in pod, new pod gets inserted and it says used pod. Water container says needs water but it is full, have to unplug machine and plug it back in for it to work. Constantly says classic brew no matter what pod is inserted.

Enjoy Great Coffee

I really love this coffee maker. I first bought the single serve Keurig. The coffee was very weak and had no strength choice. I returned that one and purchased the K-Supreme because it makes 5 holes in pod for water to brew the coffee stronger and there are choices in strength plus water temp. I put the pod in coffee-maker in the evening and then while washing my face after waking I hit the brew on my phone and coffee is ready by the time I walk to the kitchen! Nice. I use the medium strength coffee. Green Mountain Nantucket, Starbuk’s,Pikes Place and Original Donut Shop Regular. I have ordered Peet’s coffee in different flavors. I’m looking forward to trying them.

Keep it Simple if You Only Want Coffee

Not sure what is gained for me by internet connectivity. Just want a cup of coffee in the morning! Probably 50% of the time it does not recognize the k-cup is loaded- the ones that came on the first aout shipment. Would recommend staying with a non-internet connected machine.

The screen should be easier to read.

The screen is on the top of the unit and parallel to the counter top. This makes reading what is on the screen difficult for people who are relatively short. The previous unit had the screen tilted at about a 45 degree angle and was much easier to read for all users.

Keurig K-Supreme /smart

This is a good brewer as have all our Keurig brewers. It is amazing that it identifies which kcup that is put in the machine. The amount dispensed is larger than our last K-supreme so we have to adjust what size cup we brew. My only disappointment is that you cannot just brew hot water.
