Keurig customer support and coffee maker issues.

Within the first ten days had to call keurig support twice. 1st time could keep coffee maker connected to the internet, then couldn't connect it to internet. After call got it connected. Then the same night maker not dispensing water. Called keurig support they said the code was a pump failure so they walked me through some resolution steps and it started working again. Keurigs Customer support is great. The Coffee maker now seems to be working. Fingers crossed that it continues as when it is working it is a great coffee maker. Now that it's working I would give it 5 stars

I love that once I program my settings for each blend of coffee, the machine remembers them and automatically selects them when it sees that pod. The coffee and tea are consistent. Each cup tastes like the last. What else could you want from a coffee machine?

Warranty replacement for 8 month old Keurig Smart machine. It just quit. I called and talked to agent. Explained what happened. Did some tests but machine was Dead! Not the brewer they once were…

We purchased this to replace a brewer that was leaking. While it’s billed as being a “Smart” device, it isn’t. Will randomly tell you to add water when the reservoir is full, when using the app, often dispenses way more than the designated amount (mug has overflowed a few times), doesn’t maintain it’s WiFi connection and takes a long time to recognize that a k-cup is in place before you can even brew a cup. Basically if you use it manually still only 2 stars at best.

Disappointed

With my first Keurig breaking, I was happy with how quick a new one was sent to me, but now I am having a whole other issue with the replacement. When I put my K cup in and close the lid the options to brew do not appear and I have to open and close the lid multiple times before it recognizes there's a k cup pod in there. Very disappointed. If it's not one thing it's another.
