Had high hopes for this new brewer. Turns out to be frustrating waiting for it to read the K-Cup and communicate online to get the Brew ID when all you want to do is make a cup of coffee. I have had to unplug and replug this machine too many times to get it reset so it will brew. At one point, it started making air sucking sounds and put out nothing but steam from every opening in the machine frame. The concept seemed smart, but the execution is lacking.

We upgraded from a K-Duo to a Smart Brewer. I love the handled water reservoir. I love the ease of use. But I was really excited about the WiFi and app connectivity on the phone. It would be easier for my aging mother to use. However, the Smart Brewer does not support 5Ghz networks or WiFi networks with passwords. So we cannot use those Smart Features.

I received this warranty replacement, and unfortunately, it literally died in the first few minutes of ownership. I connected it to Wi-Fi and then it started the initial cleansing brew and it said on the screen there’s a problem and it shut down and I could not get it to turn on again. What a piece of junk.

My old Keurig coffee maker died. I order this new one and was surprised to learn you are expected to have a cell (I-phone or whatever) to run it. No instructions I could find on how to brew a cup of coffee without a phone. We don't have cell service here hence no cell or I-Phone! I winged it and finally got it to brew without a phone although it keeps telling me I'm not hooked up yet. I do like the fact that it actually measures the coffee sizes correctly (the older coffee makers didn't do so good at that). That's really important for brewing flavored coffees, cocoa, etc. Just want you to know that not everybody on this planet has cell service but we still enjoy good coffee!

I like that the water reservoir is on the side. Makes it easy to fill. I’ve had many Keurig coffee makers and they never seem to last more than a few years but this time the sale was too good to pass up and it still makes a good and easy cup of hot beverage for one person.

Wish I had read the description better. I have tried EVERYTHING to connect it to WIFI and nothing works. The Keurig still works just fine you just don’t get the options that come with the WIFI. I bought it as a package deal so I got it for a good price otherwise I would have returned it.

My husband, son, and I are all enjoying our new coffee maker. I have tried at least a dozen times to connect to WiFi but have not been able to. My iPhone and iPad are so I know my WiFi is strong enough. The coffee is delicious though so it’s a minor concern.

I’m so pleased I purchased this brewer. My coffee is so rich and delicious. It’s so much easier for me to fill the reservoir now with the handle on the side as well. Being connected makes my whole coffee buying experience easy and very convenient. And I really like the easy operation of this brewer. Very satisfied Keurig customer here! I’d recommend it in a flash.

This coffee maker fits my needs perfectly. I get a fresh, hot cup of coffee when I want it. I can choose many coffee types including flavored and iced! The maker has a small footprint so fits nicely on my countertop yet it has a large water reservoir so I don’t have to get water often.

I have always researched the best value and product price together. The sale on this brewer was phenomenal and it included 4 kpod starter kits to boot! I have had my Smart Brewer for aboit a month now and let me tell ya'll it's SO awesome! You can save your favorite recipes, you can brew a cup from your bed when you're just waking up, and even with the brew id you can still make it your own cup of fabulous coffee! I would very highly recommend this Keurig to everyone! Oh and I got the silver/gray!
