I waited until the first auto delivery was completed to see how things went. The coffee maker has worked perfectly and the favorites is a handy shortcut for brewing. The app for your phone also is pretty handy. The auto delivery of my coffee went well, and the changes I made to my initial order were correct.

We bought a Keurig Smart Brewer that would not connect the our wifi. After calling customer service, the quickly informed us that the brewer was an older model that had, obviously, sitting on the store shelf. It would not take an update because of that. Anyway, Keurig initiated a return and sent us a new brewer. We had the new one in less than a week. This was GREAT customer service. You can’t go wrong with Keurig.

First, it looks beautiful in our kitchen. Nice and compact. No waiting for the unit to heat up. Customize your brew just to your liking. No need to keep the coffee maker on if you want another cup later so you’ll save energy. Easy to connect to our WiFi network. Very happy with my purchase.

Just upgraded from the K40 to this and loving it! I love the smart feature. The fact that it tells me when there's a used pod is great, cause sometimes I think I put a new one in when I didn't. I love being able to brew some coffee from my phone if I'm running home quick, not to mention in the mornings. You can actually tell the difference in brew strength, which is great. Definitely recommend!

I purchased this in white thinking, how fabulous, a white coffee maker with my white cabinets. Sadly, the cord IS BLACK.. THIS DOES NOT MAKE GOOD DESIGN SENSE!!!. The plastic used is not the same quality as any of my other, previously purchased kuerigs. It is loud and often leaves coffee grounds in my coffee.

The K-Supreme is a must have. It was easy to set-up. All you have to do is download the app and start customizing the brewing strength, cup size and temperature. I loved to can change the water reservoir from the side to the back. It brews so fast. Ilike that it recognizes the king of k-cup you're using which is amazing. My number one K-cup is the Iced Refresher Strawberry Acai Iced

I’m so pleased I purchased this brewer. My coffee is so rich and delicious. It’s so much easier for me to fill the reservoir now with the handle on the side as well. Being connected makes my whole coffee buying experience easy and very convenient. And I really like the easy operation of this brewer. Very satisfied Keurig customer here! I’d recommend it in a flash.

We like the looks and convenience but coffee is not as good as my DeLongi drip maker regardless of the coffees brands I've tried so far for me. I drink mine black. My wife adds cream and likes the it. I'll continue trying different coffee brands and hopefully find one I like.

Overall the coffeemaker has a sleek design and brews nicely. I gave this only 3 stars because I find the wifi connection to be pointless and cumbersome, especially if you lose power frequently. In Florida, losing power is a common occurrence and waking up in the morning to a coffeemaker that won't brew a cup until connected is most annoying. You really do not need or use the app.

This is at least my 5th Keurig coffee maker. This one is intended to replace a dying one in the RV. So far, it seems to be okay. I like that the water container has a handle. Much easier to load and unload. Being able to change the reservoir location is also a nice touch for where space may be limited. I’m still experimenting with strength adjustment, but I like my coffee fairly stout. Between the extra brewing holes and the adjustable drip pace (strength) I’m getting closer to a robust cup of coffee. The WiFi is a cut gimmick, but least necessary for brewing, then again, for the small extra price why not? Overall, I’m looking forward to using this often.
