I like it. I did not connect to wi-fi, that’s a feature I can live without. I like that the feature of the 5 holes in the k-cups no more hot water hitting my hand when I open to remove the used used k-cup. No splatter while brewing and choices of how you want your coffee classic to intense brew is nice. I recommend getting this k-cup machine it’s small and light weight.

This is a great little brewer! I had misgivings about ordering the “Smart” brewer, but it has won over this old-fashioned girl. It’s easy to use, and with the five strength settings, there’s one for every person or special need. I’m using the lowest strength right now to appease a touchy stomach. My daughter uses the fourth strength to satisfy her preference for a stronger brew. I’ve only had my brewer for a couple weeks and haven’t learned everything about it yet. I don’t know yet how the set up Favorite Brews. That isn’t a problem though, as setting it to brew takes only a moment. Who even needs Favorites! :) I LOVE Keurig brewed coffees. A perfect cup every time—even if you’re distracted by yelling kiddos or a pressing need. What’s NOT to love! I drink mine black so level 2 brew is perfect most days and with all the coffees I have: Eight O’clock; Green Mountain half-caff, hazelnut decaf, Vermont and Nantucket Blend; Gloria Jean hazelnut, McCafe special blend and more. The handle on the water tank is a great feature. My last brewer was the K-Select. I liked it a lot too, but the water reservoir was a little awkward to fill because of its odd shape. Not a big deal as once you got used to it, it was fine. This brewer’s tank has a nice squared shape with a securely fitted lid, and the handle makes it very easy to handle. We really appreciate that! It holds a good amount of water. I highly recommend this brewer. It’s small but mighty. :)

I've been a long-time Keurig customer - both brewers and coffee pods - and I purchased this brewer to replace my previous smart K-Cafe. I thought I would use the built-in frother more, but really didn't. However, the major reason for replacing was because the previous brewer would consistently trigger all kinds of errors - it would say I needed to add water even though the reservoir was filled (and I re-seated it several times), and it would consistently NOT identify the pods I was using (variety of brands). If I unplugged it for 30 seconds and started it up again, it would often "behave". This brewer is sleek and easy to use ... doesn't take up a ton of counter space. I have, however, noticed it, too, doesn't seem to be able to recognize the K-Cup pods ... not sure if it's a problem with the brewer or a problem with the K-Cup vendor. Still, I like it.

love the new K- supreme SMART coffee maker My old one was 19 years old and I tried a drip maker for a change and immediately ordered another Keurig. The new version is amazing and SMART! I am not into technology, but Keurig makes it easy and fun! Highly recommended! And the coffee is great with the new 5 hole punch system!! I LOVE IT! Thank you Kuerig

We purchased this to replace a brewer that was leaking. While it’s billed as being a “Smart” device, it isn’t. Will randomly tell you to add water when the reservoir is full, when using the app, often dispenses way more than the designated amount (mug has overflowed a few times), doesn’t maintain it’s WiFi connection and takes a long time to recognize that a k-cup is in place before you can even brew a cup. Basically if you use it manually still only 2 stars at best.

We've had this new brewer for several weeks and love it! We replaced our Keurig K-Duo which still worked but we never used the pot side only K-Cups. We remodeled our kitchen and wanted a brewer with a smaller footprint. We've owned 4 Keurig brewers (not one ever quit working) and this one brews the fastest of any. We love how it reads the K-Cup and brews it according to how you like it, and saves it as a favorite. Love how it has 2 positions for the water container to go. It has a strength and heat adjustment also. I get it ready the night before, and I can brew my coffee before I get out of bed. So fun!!

None of the cup sizes is correct just like the 1st one, and when i make my first cup of coffee nearly every day, it says please wait, i end up raising the handle again, sometimes i have to repeat it twice before i can choose the size i want.This is the worse keurig i have owned.

This is my third Keuric coffee maker. I loved the first two I had, but I have to say I’m disappointed in this one. I only used it a few weeks now and the water is so much slower to come out of it and it is noisy, it has a new filter and I’m using the correct k cups. It just doesn’t work as good as the other two I had so I have a feeling it will not last long. I wish I would have sent it back but its to late to do that I would think so I’ll use it for now but next time I will try to find a different maker.

Works well. Water is hot. Nice flavors. Easy to use. Had trouble connecting my Android phone to the brewer. Finally used a iphone 10 and that did the trick. Still learning how to set the functions to brew the same good cup of coffee every time via the smart functions rather than I pressing the temperature and brew strength buttons at the start of each brew. It's something I need to discover at my leisure.
