I am pleasantly surprised by my new K-Smart Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker I purchased for our motorhome. It’s easy to use and makes great coffee. My husband would never use the original single serve maker but uses this one all the time. I like the new design, the larger water reservoir, and the options available to brew just the right cup of coffee. It also has the ability to connect to WI-FI which is awesome.

Disappointing

I was excited that this was a smart machine, however I have yet to be able to wake up to a cup of coffee. It is extremely slow taking several minutes to brew one cup of coffee. On the good side being able to know which K-Cup I'm using and how the manufacturer recommends Brewing has improved the taste of my coffee I just wish it didn't take so long to make and that the smart feature actually worked!

Coffee pod misfire

Our Keurig worked well for the first couple of weeks but we have now received an error message two times. The coffee pod Grounds came out the top of the machine and some of the coffee brewed down the bottom but it did not come from a steady stream. It created a mess all over the top of the Keurig where the pod is inserted.

This is our 3rd Keurig brewer, and by far it offers the most features including WiFi connectivity to the Keurig app, takes up the least counter space, and the water reservoir is the easiest to fill either by very simply removing it or leaving it on its spot on the unit.

LOVE THIS PARTICULAR KEURIG. Has all new features that I was not aware of until I got sick of my old machine. I have been buying Keurig machines for more than 15 years. Everyone turned out better than the previous one. The only thing I don't like is the water tank. They really cheaped out on how it attaches to the machine.

Not too smart

I liked my old machine better it is more durable and it does not spell drops of coffee around the counter, the new smart one is not that smart does not recognise the k-pod all the time and also it makes a mess around the cup by sputtering coffee drops all over the counter.

I've had 4 of this exact model because it keeps breaking down. Keurig sends me a new one because it's within warranty (which is the ONLY reason I haven't picked out a different coffee maker). While Keurig's customer service is excellent, the quality of this model of coffee maker is very poor. The latest machine I received a couple of months ago has started exploding the coffee pods causing a big mess.

I absolutely love my new K-Supreme smart single serve Brewer. Once connected I was able to tell the machine to brew my beverage from my bedroom after setting it up the night before. I absolutely love that feature, and it keeps track of what I am brewing. Amazing machine. Versatile settings for cup size and brew temp (I like mine very hot).

Coffee is great, WiFi does not connect

Impossible to connect to WiFi. Been trying to do it for weeks, always gets to last step and then says “connection lost try again”. Incredibly frustrating. And I have the fastest speed, strongest signal WiFi. I hate that there’s a supposed feature that I cannot utilize.
