The K-Supreme is a must have. It was easy to set-up. All you have to do is download the app and start customizing the brewing strength, cup size and temperature. I loved to can change the water reservoir from the side to the back. It brews so fast. Ilike that it recognizes the king of k-cup you're using which is amazing. My number one K-cup is the Iced Refresher Strawberry Acai Iced

Smart Kurig is taking care of me

Easy to connect to wifi. It really is "smart"; the Kurig says that's its brewing specifically for my brand of coffee, which it recognizes. I think it taates better, but maybe that's in my head. With my busy schedule, i am looking forward to the maintenance reminders and auto delivery. It feels like self care.

We bought a Keurig Smart Brewer that would not connect the our wifi. After calling customer service, the quickly informed us that the brewer was an older model that had, obviously, sitting on the store shelf. It would not take an update because of that. Anyway, Keurig initiated a return and sent us a new brewer. We had the new one in less than a week. This was GREAT customer service. You can’t go wrong with Keurig.

I am missing a different model that this unit replaced- it had a bigger water reservoir and I was able to program favorites. This unit I can't figure out how to program favorites without connecting it to wifi, which I don't really want to do.

“Smart” only if it has the right software!

Received the coffee maker and began the initial setup. The smart feature that allows it to adjust the brewing for each kind of coffee requires it to be connected to WiFi. This feature is not available if it has a non updated software version. There is no way to update the software because it will not connect to WiFi. After contacting Keurig support there is nothing that can be done and no way to fix this other than getting a new one. The maker still works to make coffee which is fine but you are paying extra for a feature that is part of the name (Smart) and doesn’t work.

We previously owned a Keurig 2.0 brewer which performed flawlessly for more than 8 years! Lately, the brew temperature started to decrease. After 8 years service, the heater element no doubt was "worn" out. As a replacement ,we purchased the K-Supreme SMART. What an upgrade. It allows to adjust all aspects of the brew and recognizes the K-cup product you are using. The test of my brews are all outstanding and hot. I need to try the ice coffee brew. It's incredible what technology can do to improve a cup of coffee! Thanks Kuerig!

Takes a little getting used to, but I like it!

So I’m still getting used to using my phone to brew my coffee. One tip, be really sure you have your cup, ready to catch the coffee. A couple of times I thought I had put my cup there the night before because I was going to be brewing automatically from my phone in the morning, I didn’t. It was a mess. Anyway, takes a little bit of getting used to, but it’s pretty easy now. I do like it a lot and I love the white color very clean very streamline. Great new design. And the coffee tastes better.

Not so smart after all...

I had bought this smart brewer because i wanted something that would have my coffee ready in the morning as i wake up. Turns out the only way to have it "self-brew" is to activate it from your phone. So the only thing really "smart" about it is that instead of walking up to it to start the brew, i can also start the brew from my phone (of course, granted i had put in the new pod and had my mug ready from the night before). It has some other cool features like being able to set the strength and cup size etc from your phone - but i was really expecting at least an option to have it auto-brew at a certain time...

great coffee, poor design!

I love the coffee this makes but noticed every cup it makes, no matter what size i choose, it splatters the coffe on the backwall of the coffee machine making it look bad and i need to wipe it after every brew. for that reason, i had to choose 2 star.
