I’d rate lower than one star if possible.

Warranty replacement. Wi-Fi won’t work due to outdated software. Fourth replacement in less than two weeks. Tried to get another replacement but told my coffee maker did not qualify because it was not in warranty. I attempted to get a replacement the same day it was delivered. To summarize: first replacement no Wi-Fi due to software. Second replacement same thing. Third replacement received a non smart coffeemaker. Fourth replacement WiFi won’t work- software. All the software problems verified by Keurig call center when I reached out for help. All this for a smart coffee maker, less than a year old, that just stopped working.

The water reserve should be bigger. We had a Kcup Supreme Plus machine before this one. it was much much sturdier than this one and had a bigger water reserve. The price was great and we are enjoying our coffee. I can't give this 5 stars because of the water reserve

Disappointing

I purchased this in white thinking, how fabulous, a white coffee maker with my white cabinets. Sadly, the cord IS BLACK.. THIS DOES NOT MAKE GOOD DESIGN SENSE!!!. The plastic used is not the same quality as any of my other, previously purchased kuerigs. It is loud and often leaves coffee grounds in my coffee.

Trying to be too smart!

The machine is very slow to detect K cup brand and get ready to brew a cup. I also don't like that if it selects signature blend as it does for most of my flavored coffees, I cannot change a single thing such as making it hotter without selecting every setting and I have no idea what it is has selected as best options! I have found that when I select 10 oz cup, the coffee tastes bitter but if I select 8 oz it tastes fine - except for not being hot enough. I never had this issue with my previous Keuring machines. I think this "Smart" is really trying to be too smart and doesn't make a good cup of coffee

Just upgraded from the K40 to this and loving it! I love the smart feature. The fact that it tells me when there's a used pod is great, cause sometimes I think I put a new one in when I didn't. I love being able to brew some coffee from my phone if I'm running home quick, not to mention in the mornings. You can actually tell the difference in brew strength, which is great. Definitely recommend!

Coffee is great, WiFi does not connect

Impossible to connect to WiFi. Been trying to do it for weeks, always gets to last step and then says “connection lost try again”. Incredibly frustrating. And I have the fastest speed, strongest signal WiFi. I hate that there’s a supposed feature that I cannot utilize.
