Not as expected

I received this coffee pot and it isn’t as I expected. I had the plus and I needed one for work and and I tried this one. The coffee isn’t hot and the water canister is so small. Constantly need to fill the water. This is one of the first times I am disappointed with a pot from Keurig.

K supreme replacement

This is my second warranty replacement and so far it works great. It’s a step up in design k supreme smart coffee maker. I hope it lasts longer than my first two supreme makers. The replacement process was very convenient and fast. I commend Keurig for their service.

Good but complicated

The brewer is great, the need to connect to wifi seems silly to me, would have preferred not to do that but the operation of the coffee maker is excellent. The auto processing slows the ultimate goal of coffee but we are still getting used to it. I have not tried to create a custom blend yet, that may improve the timing.

A Great Brewer & Change

I was already a Keurig customer utilizing my Keurig K-Cup Supreme Duo with a Stainless Steel carafe. I used to brew a small pot every morning but started wasting coffee as my habits changed. So, I used it for awhile using single pods which was nice but sometimes a little messy with splatter. Then I saw the SMART that definitely fits my habits. It has great features to personalize my brew and works perfectly. I use the app however you don’t need too. Definitely a great add to Keurig’s coffee maker lineup! Oh, I keep the Duo for when we have company to brew full pots of coffee.

You got to love these people, one of the few true companies still left. They honor their product to the fullest, they're a little bit pushy about sending the other item back though. Takes you long to give it to me and you want me to get it back to you quicker than you got it to me. But you got to love these guys.

This product may work for some techies and i am computer literate BUT it is way too unnecessarily complicated. Plus what is wifi is down like mine was then no coffee? or maybe i just did not know how to get around this problem... which was definitely a bit PROBLEM!

Old machine works better than new

I like the new features they offer but the machine is too sensitive and struggles to make coffee. I find that I'm throwing away 2-3 pods every time. The error message says to clean the needles which I do each time. I don't understand and quite frankly am disappointed with my purchase. I wish that I kept my old Keurig machine.

Not worth it

The smart part of it is not smart. It says put in pod, new pod gets inserted and it says used pod. Water container says needs water but it is full, have to unplug machine and plug it back in for it to work. Constantly says classic brew no matter what pod is inserted.

So amazing!

It's crazy cool I can tell my new K-Supreme Smart Keurig to brew me a cup of coffee from my phone. So many great features on this Keurig! The only reason I give it four stars is because my tumblers I use for my coffee from Piper Lou and Yeti do not fit underneath it and I am very upset about that. They fit under my old Keurig fine. The short ones are fine but not the tall ones. So if I want to use them, I have to brew a cup in a regular mug and pour it into my tumbler. It's a pain and annoying. If I had known I may not have purchased this to be honest. I love all my tumblers with all the funny sayings and decals. I am very surprised that Keurig dropped the ball on this detail. Other than that, being able to change the strength of my drink and choose from 4 sizes is fantastic.
