Has a lot of potential.

This is at least my 5th Keurig coffee maker. This one is intended to replace a dying one in the RV. So far, it seems to be okay. I like that the water container has a handle. Much easier to load and unload. Being able to change the reservoir location is also a nice touch for where space may be limited. I’m still experimenting with strength adjustment, but I like my coffee fairly stout. Between the extra brewing holes and the adjustable drip pace (strength) I’m getting closer to a robust cup of coffee. The WiFi is a cut gimmick, but least necessary for brewing, then again, for the small extra price why not? Overall, I’m looking forward to using this often.

You NEED 2.4 GHz network 😡 5 GHz doesn’t work

Wish I had read the description better. I have tried EVERYTHING to connect it to WIFI and nothing works. The Keurig still works just fine you just don’t get the options that come with the WIFI. I bought it as a package deal so I got it for a good price otherwise I would have returned it.

Disappointed

This was a replacement I bought twe weeks ago and I thought I was getting a similar model to the one I had, but not so. I would like to exchange the unit for the same as I had. This unit is too light and moves all over the counter when i insert a pod. The reservoir is smaller and the ID feature slows the brewing process. I hope to hear from customer service!

I absolutely love my new K-Supreme smart single serve Brewer. Once connected I was able to tell the machine to brew my beverage from my bedroom after setting it up the night before. I absolutely love that feature, and it keeps track of what I am brewing. Amazing machine. Versatile settings for cup size and brew temp (I like mine very hot).

“Smart” only if it has the right software!

Received the coffee maker and began the initial setup. The smart feature that allows it to adjust the brewing for each kind of coffee requires it to be connected to WiFi. This feature is not available if it has a non updated software version. There is no way to update the software because it will not connect to WiFi. After contacting Keurig support there is nothing that can be done and no way to fix this other than getting a new one. The maker still works to make coffee which is fine but you are paying extra for a feature that is part of the name (Smart) and doesn’t work.

This is our 3rd Keurig brewer, and by far it offers the most features including WiFi connectivity to the Keurig app, takes up the least counter space, and the water reservoir is the easiest to fill either by very simply removing it or leaving it on its spot on the unit.

I didn’t need a new Keurig, but I couldn’t pass up the offer. I also didn’t need a smart coffee maker, and didn’t even think I would use it. I was dead wrong. I absolutely love my new coffee maker and the smart feature is amazing. I love Keurig because I don’t drink a pot of coffee every day and I am the only one in my home that drinks it. I also love the auto ship abilities and I can adjust my order accordingly. I can’t live without my Donut Shop coffee and on their site, I get it cheaper than the store brand versions. It was getting expensive so I started buying the store brand Donut Shop versions.

Not too smart

I liked my old machine better it is more durable and it does not spell drops of coffee around the counter, the new smart one is not that smart does not recognise the k-pod all the time and also it makes a mess around the cup by sputtering coffee drops all over the counter.
