Last year I bought a super new Keurig to replace my 25-year-old unit - at any rate, I had a lot of problems with it - when I finally contacted them, They were absolutely great about it and agreed over the phone to send me a new unit which I had within a matter of a few days, it makes good coffee and I just hope it continues to work as well as my 25-year-old one did that I unfortunately gave away

Love the flexibility of the K-Supreme Smart

I love that water is not stored in the machine and that I have a choice where the water reservoir sits (side or back). Is a little slower than my older Keurig's but love that it takes up less counter space. Hot a fan of SMART Delivery because of receiving coffee when not needed so switched back to auto delivery.

This is a good brewer as have all our Keurig brewers. It is amazing that it identifies which kcup that is put in the machine. The amount dispensed is larger than our last K-supreme so we have to adjust what size cup we brew. My only disappointment is that you cannot just brew hot water.

This is a warranty replacement brewer that works no better than the original. The five needle setup destroys the top of the k-cup pod and allow grounds into the coffee cup, (every second cup contains grounds). This is the first brewer we've owned that suffered from this problem and the first brewer that employed the five needle configuration. Yesterday's brew actually had water running down the outside of the pod and into the area around the pod holder which had to be cleaned and dried before the brewer could be used again. When the top of the brewer was opened, the entire top of the pod was split wide open. We only use Keurig pods, so it's not a pod problem. I don't know what to do at this point.

Keep it Simple if You Only Want Coffee

Not sure what is gained for me by internet connectivity. Just want a cup of coffee in the morning! Probably 50% of the time it does not recognize the k-cup is loaded- the ones that came on the first aout shipment. Would recommend staying with a non-internet connected machine.

not what I hoped for

I really don't like this new K-Supreme smart coffee maker. I waste more pods and have to wait for my morning coffee. It takes to long to brew. I would like to return it, if I can, not satisfy with it/ My other coffee maker brew very easy, just had to press the on button and it was done, no waiting for it.

I love the coffee maker. It has one problem---it doesn't spray the pod grounds. I contacted keurig help. I didn't understand the man, he didn't understand me or my problem. He sent me a part fit for an older coffee maker. After all the time spent on the phone it solved nothing.

Disappointed

With my first Keurig breaking, I was happy with how quick a new one was sent to me, but now I am having a whole other issue with the replacement. When I put my K cup in and close the lid the options to brew do not appear and I have to open and close the lid multiple times before it recognizes there's a k cup pod in there. Very disappointed. If it's not one thing it's another.

Makes consistent blends and remembers my settings

I love that once I program my settings for each blend of coffee, the machine remembers them and automatically selects them when it sees that pod. The coffee and tea are consistent. Each cup tastes like the last. What else could you want from a coffee machine?
