I love my Keurig. I feel like I have total control over how my coffee is made. To be able to use my cell makes it even greater brewer. I would get it again. I am using the smart delivery and so far I love it. Can't wait until I get my new pod with smart delivery.

Our Keurig worked well for the first couple of weeks but we have now received an error message two times. The coffee pod Grounds came out the top of the machine and some of the coffee brewed down the bottom but it did not come from a steady stream. It created a mess all over the top of the Keurig where the pod is inserted.

I really don't like this new K-Supreme smart coffee maker. I waste more pods and have to wait for my morning coffee. It takes to long to brew. I would like to return it, if I can, not satisfy with it/ My other coffee maker brew very easy, just had to press the on button and it was done, no waiting for it.

This unit is a replacement for the original coffee make I bought a year or so ago. the first one quit working just after I plugged it in after about a 6 month rest while I was gone down south. No idea why the first one quit, and I was not sure how or if I could claim a warranty?

We live our new keurig! Very compact amd fits our space very well. The only downside to the new machine is we had to purchase a new universal k pod for my husband's ground coffee as our old one is not compatible. The other thing is only one person can create an account to use it through the app. That person has to give their login information to other family members if they want to use the through app as well. With the advances in technology, multiple family members should have been able to create their own account to brew the the app.

Works well. Water is hot. Nice flavors. Easy to use. Had trouble connecting my Android phone to the brewer. Finally used a iphone 10 and that did the trick. Still learning how to set the functions to brew the same good cup of coffee every time via the smart functions rather than I pressing the temperature and brew strength buttons at the start of each brew. It's something I need to discover at my leisure.

So far, everything is working as expected and even better. The machine actually knows when there is a used pod inside and will tell you so. The Wi-Fi connection works well and everything is relatively smooth. That being said, the price should not be so high just because the machine connects to Wi-Fi and works with an app but the special makes up for it.

I’ve had this for 3-weeks and LOVE IT. I needed to replaced my 10 year old Keurig and the K-Supreme SMART Coffee Maker was a great choice. I love the look, handle on water tank and the ability for me to customize my coffee depending on how I want it. Great choice!
