Mine does not work

I got this since there was a nice deal. However, now I see why this was on sale, because this is the worst coffee maker I have ever owned. This one will brew for about 2 seconds and then fails. I'm not sure what the issue is but I will be returning this. Also, the water reservoir does not mount to the coffee maker, so it is not secure so it is very flimsy.

Good Coffee - High tech not needed

This particular model scans your pod to determine what brand it is. This takes time. I just want to push my favorite button and make coffee, not stand there for 20 seconds while it's trying to figure out what brand pod I put in it. Also, I wish the water reservoir was larger. There is plenty of room to make it larger.

Doing same thing. When kid is up to place K-cup the water pumps runs constantly. Does eventually shut off but takes super long for that to happen. And if you close lid slow or half way. Pump stays running and floods the compartment below k-cup insert and runs out everywhere. Not worth it for smart technology.

I’d give it higher but this is a replacement…

For one that was less than 1 yrs old. I don’t think we use it much more than other households. But we love it very much. It makes the perfect cup and it’s better than the older ones since they have the new multi stream. It’s more flavor. Adjusting the temp and strength is handy but we don’t use it much as the regular settings really are optimized.

Nice Coffee Maker with 1 Big Flaw

The coffee maker itself works great. It heats up and dispenses very quickly. I like that I can have the water tank on the side or back (I use side). I love all the different setting options and iced coffee from home is saving me lots of money and works awesome! The one major flaw could be easily fixed with a software update. Every time you use the Keurig K-Supreme Smart, you have to wait for the Brew ID scanner to run through its scanning process before you can start the coffee making process. This takes like 5-10 seconds every single time. In the morning when I'm making coffee I just want to put in the pod and push start. I end up standing there staring at it while it scans only to go to my own custom favorite configuration anyway. I am not the person who buys lots of different types of coffee and needs the machine to make recommendations for me. Allow me to shut off Brew ID in the app and if I decide to leave it on, allow me to hit a button to skip it while its running. You could also allow it to be disabled but then allow me to push the Brew ID button to start the scan myself. I understand that this feature is innovative and you're trying to get people to use it, but give me the option to bypass and disable it if its an inconvenience for me (which it is). I have heard that you can disconnect the wifi and it will remove it, but that takes away the other features that I actually do want. If it had the option to disable, it would be a 5-star rating all day. Everything else is great.

I have used a Keurig K coffee maker for 10 years. The old one took more space on my counter than the new Keurig Supreme Smart coffee maker because it's thinner and gives me more space on my counter. And you still get the same great taste and it's much easier to clean.

My husband, son, and I are all enjoying our new coffee maker. I have tried at least a dozen times to connect to WiFi but have not been able to. My iPhone and iPad are so I know my WiFi is strong enough. The coffee is delicious though so it’s a minor concern.

Very Frustrated

I bought my K-Supreme in June of 2023 and in Nov 2023 it started messing up not finishing the brew displaying fill the reservoir when it was already filled. I fought with this, went on line for help and did what they suggested. still no fix. contacted customer support and worked with the young lady on several occasions to come to the conclusion that my K-Supreme is broken and they sent me a new one. Once it was determined that mine was defective they had me a new one in 3 days. Thank you for your support.

Amazing buy and so easy

This brewer is so easy to use and convenient with connecting to your phone. You can set it to brew at whatever time you need. I like that it has a reminder feature that will notify you just in case you don’t have the mug in place or decide you don’t want to brew at that time. It’s extremely convenient and very user friendly. I do wish that the auto-brew feature was is in the Brew button, rather than going to “My Brewer” and then scheduling it.

Good but Could Be Better

If you want, you could post it like this: The Keurig K-Supreme Smart Single Serve Coffee Maker is a solid coffee maker with several modern features that make daily brewing quick and convenient. While it is not perfect, it does a lot of things right and has become a dependable part of our morning routine. The biggest positives are the digital display and the BrewID technology, which automatically recognizes the pod and adjusts brew settings for a more customized cup of coffee. Brewing is fast, and the ability to select different cup sizes is a huge plus depending on how much coffee you want. Setup is fairly straightforward, and the machine itself looks sleek and modern on the counter. That said, there are a few frustrating drawbacks that keep this machine from being truly great. The most noticeable issue is the power draw. Every time the brewer starts heating up, the lights in our home flicker noticeably. It has even tripped the circuit on a power strip more than once. For a kitchen appliance, the power usage feels excessive and is honestly a bit concerning. Another annoyance is the water reservoir design. The filter tube inside makes it awkward to fill, often causing water to splash while pouring. It seems like a small thing, but it becomes irritating with everyday use. The brewing temperature is also disappointing. Even at the hottest setting, the coffee never feels quite hot enough, especially if you like very hot coffee. It is drinkable, but it cools down faster than expected. Finally, while the smart features are nice in theory, the app dependency can be frustrating. Some features feel unnecessarily tied to the app experience when they could easily be accessible directly from the machine itself. Overall, the Keurig K-Supreme Smart Single Serve Coffee Maker offers convenience, speed, and smart features, but the high power consumption, lukewarm brewing temperature, and reliance on the app hold it back from being an easy recommendation. It is a good machine with a few design choices that could definitely be improved.
