I bought a smart brewer in October 2023 and it stopped dispensing the right amount of ounces in March I called and the person I talked to was very cordial and sent me a new brewer, very satisfied with Keurig.

This coffee maker is Fantastic and I love it so much! It does exactly what I want it to and makes a perfect cup every time! I am so glad I bit the bullet and purchased when I did!

I just started using my new Keurig and on my second K cup it's "telling" me to wait a minute to brew. It won't brew the second cup without a 2-4 minute delay.

We recently bought the K-Supreme Smart. I love that it knows what coffee or tea that I am brewing and our drinks always come out tasting fabulous. I would highly recommend the K-Supreme.
