Energy Multiplier Sugar-Free in Strawberry Kiwi complimentary from @influenster and @liquidiv, and unfortunately it just wasn’t for me. It mixed just fine, but I really didn’t enjoy the flavor. I also didn’t notice much of an impact on my energy levels personally, even after finishing the packet. I wanted to like it because I enjoy hydration products, but this one missed the mark for my taste and needs. Everyone’s different though, so if you prefer sugar-free mixes with a bold fruity flavor, it might work better for you.

As someone who struggles with POTS I often have problems finding a drink that helps me stay hydrated and be able to get throughout the day. It's easy to slip in your bag and the taste isn't terrible for a sugar free option which is nice. Its great for people on keto, or if you are managing diabetes or blood sugar, otherwise I'd stick with the regular tried and true Liquid IV especially if you are active
