I first tried Liquid I.V. a few years ago on a cruise to Mexico and was genuinely impressed—not only with the taste of the flavors I tried then, but also with how quickly it helped alleviate a hangover. While the Blackberry Lemonade flavor is not my personal favorite, I will say that the effectiveness remains consistent with the other Liquid I.V. varieties I’ve used in the past. When mixed with at least 35 ounces of water, the taste is perfectly manageable and still refreshing enough to drink easily. I also appreciate that this product comes in 10 individual packets, making it extremely convenient for work, travel, or keeping on hand while you’re on the go. The price point feels fair considering the quality, effectiveness, and overall presentation of the product. Despite the flavor not being my top choice, I would still repurchase it and recommend it to friends because of how well it works.

Energy Multiplier, Sugar Free Strawberry Kiwi complimentary from Influenster, the flavor is so refreshing ,light, fruity, and not overly sweet. I love that it gives me a clean boost of energy without the jitters or crash I usually get from other energy drinks. It’s super convenient to take on the go ,I keep a stick in my bag or at my desk for those mid day slumps. I’ve also used it before workouts, and it really helps me feel more energized and focused. Being sugar free is such a bonus, I get the energy without the extra sugar calories. It's effective, tasty, and easy to use. Definitely will be keeping this in my routine.

Trying out this new flavor with energy was great for keeping us awake and hydrated. This flavor tastes like typical liquid I.V. with the slight saltiness but it is also a bit sweet and a bit sour since the flavor is strawberry kiwi! I also love that liquid I.V. comes in individual packages making it easy to bring with me whenever I need a bit of a pick-me-up to keep me energized and hydrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main concern with this product is the size of the packets - they are made for 16oz of water, which is larger than the typical glass. So keep that in mind when making it. It didn't dissolve instantly but with a straw stir it was mixed. The flavor is ok, but more blackberry-lemon than lemonade imo. But I appreciate that it doesn't have a strong "fake sugar" taste like so many drinks without regular sugar!

For me, it does have that “sugar free aftertaste” but it’s light. The lemonade flavoring is light…not sour. Great product.

I don’t drink energy drinks though because I don’t think they taste good, and this does taste better to me than most, but still not great. 100mg of caffeine is definitely enough for me, but my energy drink loving husband said it wasn’t enough for him.

It's nice and clean. The convenient packets are easy to open and very portable. I like the added benefit of having extra energy, with no added sugar and non-GMO.

I love how this energy mix can give you a boost without sugar or artificial sweeteners. It has a combination of natural caffeine, L-theanine, and electrolytes. It works great for the gym and outdoor activities such as hiking. The flavor is okay—it's semi-sweet and a bit tangy with the kiwi and slightly salty. I love how it's zero sugar so you don't get the crash afterward. They use an amino acid–allulose blend for sweetness. I also love that it has vitamin B and magnesium for energy and hydration. The packets are super convenient, single-serving, and easy to mix with 16 oz of water.
