I love these veggies, I use these when I make soup, i use the chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, parsley, bay leaves, white pepper, a little seasoning salt of choice, I add a can of Campbell tomato soup, and stewed tomatoes., After bringing to a boil, I reduce heat to medium low and slow cook about for 3 hours. So delicious.

taste good and gives you a little kick in the booty to get you going!! It's not overpowering with the taste or the caffeine so no jitters etc

I think I drank it a little too late when it comes time to go to bed I wasn't tired I had more energy than I ever had so I don't advise anyone to drink it late take it early in the morning I tried it too late in the afternoon

Strawberry Kiwi is a hit, Blackberry Lemon, not so much. I skipped other caffeine sources when I tried this energy version of Liquid IV, and the energy boost was subtle but effective (no jitters). I almost returned this due to the taste of the blackberry-lemon, but I'm glad I tried the strawberry-kiwi. It's growing on me and is good with a splash of sugar-free syrup to counter a slight bitter taste. I'll seek out better flavors, but not this pairing pack. That's why I took off 1-star.

I notice a weird aftertaste, but besides that, I like them.

The energy was so strong it made me sick. I do get over medicated easily and this was a huge packet of energy. First few sips, it was amazing! Working through the rest of the drink and even refilling the cup with the same packet, put me to the floor

Was disappointed. The after taste and flavors are less than desirable.
