This stuff right here. I wish this was around in my 20's and 30's especially as a young mom. THIS IS AMAZING for morning energy or just to survive the day w/o energy drinks. Not only does it give you energy it also helps with the mood. There are only 2 things I would change. Not too many people pay attention to this so I will explain. Sugar Free anyone who knows health knows that sugar-free is not necessarily always good for you the substitution that they use can cause certain health issues. While I haven't found the substitution in this specific product is always something I'm mindful of. %232 and probably the most important this contains and all of the other liquid IV contain cyokobolamine vitamin B12. For anyone who understands... cyokobolamine B12 is not the nature form of B12. The one I take daily is vitamin B12 methocabolamine. The methocabolamine form helps with dementia and especially during the summer time not getting bit by mosquitoes it's got several other health aspects to it. However the biggest one is it's the natural form of vitamin B12. cyokobolamine you'll pretty much find in all of your health products like your multivitamins. Even prescribe it in B12 from the doctor. PLEASE DONT WORRY. Lol. I would research what both of them mean. but in the long run I picked this over anything for hydration and energy even though it does have the cyokobolamine that I prefer not to take. 10 out 10 Highly recommend!!

Has a little bit of a salty taste but my body was low on sodium and this electrolyte drink had the most sodium in it I could find so it was exactly what I needed for my hydration. Taste great otherwise! Great drink for hydration.

I love this stuff..I am a school bus driver so in the morning I take a bottle of this to work me instead of coffee ☕

These actually taste good! A nice sweet refreshing taste. Super decent considering I buy the zero sugar packets! These work great. I can really tell a huge difference in my hydration levels!

My husband is on his feet all day and he tends to get muscle cramps in his legs (Charlie horses!!) and I got this for him. He said it tastes great and he didn't get cramps!

Not a huge fan of the taste but these absolutely work. Caffeine never works on me and when it does it makes me feel awful but these don't have that effect. Highly recommend

taste good and gives you a little kick in the booty to get you going!! It's not overpowering with the taste or the caffeine so no jitters etc

it was a bit more salt tasting than i was expecting / couldn't taste the strawberry at all; so a bit more expensive than expected

Needed something to help me with dehydration. I picked this flavor thinking (hoping) it would be good, but it is not good IMO. I am referring to the flavor only.

Liquid IV Energy tastes like table salt and I couldn't dilute the powder enough to get either of the flavors to come through. I like this brand in the rocket pop flavor and original but, the energy line is disappointing.
