I always have Liquid IV after lunch sometimes after breakfast. But I eventually i ended up in the ER with light headedness and fainting due to severe dehydration even after I have used your product. I'm beginning to wonder if your product is really helping me or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought I'd be buying this also, but Liquid IV sent us a sample on our one order. This ENERGY hydration (Strawberry Kiwi), is amazing. So much so, that I bought a pouch of it. Definitely give it a try!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great flavor as always. Love liquid iv energy because it's dual function: caffeine and hydration. Nice that they provide sugar free options as well. Blackberry lemonade is win in my opinion and I will be getting it again.

I love this combination of flavors! It is not two sweet, but just sweet enough. Lemonade and blackberry flavors come through in just the right amount. It gives me great energy especially during a hot summer! I love the fact it is zero calories. It helps me to get my daily hydration as plain water gets old fast. I love this new flavor! ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gave me the extra zing I need when I don't have time to make coffee in the am. I can just pop it into my water bottle and I'm good to go, It does not leave me feeling jittery. It has a pleasant taste as do all the different flavors I have tried so far.

my husband loves the energy that gives him at work tates very nice he said!

Taste alright but it does help with hydration.
