Decent flavor, but it has caffeine in it.

Always good. Does the trick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the flavor of the strawberry kiwi hydration sugar free. It really works when I am getting dehydrated. I order some every month.

I really like the blackberry lemonade flavor! It gives me a nice boost of energy when I need it, and I like that it helps keep me hydrated at the same time. Definitely a flavor I'd keep coming back to!

This is a great way to replenish energy and quench your thirst. The strawberry flavor is not too sweet. I can tell my body feeling more energized and less sluggish almost right away.

So far this one is my favorite and love thst it is sugar free as I'm a type one diabetic and this flavor is delicious and no crash out either! Highly recommend it 💕
