this is an excellent product , good stuff in it. not like other products. good hydration and ingredients

My husband is on his feet all day and he tends to get muscle cramps in his legs (Charlie horses!!) and I got this for him. He said it tastes great and he didn't get cramps!

I have tried many of the products and I find them great tasting. The only thing I don’t like is the amount of sodium listed in all the drinks.

How do I mix It ? I need help with the recipe and the small print , wait ing for cataract surgery ? Thanks 🙏

Was disappointed. The after taste and flavors are less than desirable.
