I still like it, but overall I prefer other Liquid IV flavors. This one tastes good and I love that I can adjust the amount of water to make it stronger or more diluted. I love drinking Liquid IV while working out.

It is so delicious and works so amazing. I don't know how I ever lived without it before it's my new favorite product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main concern with this product is the size of the packets - they are made for 16oz of water, which is larger than the typical glass. So keep that in mind when making it. It didn't dissolve instantly but with a straw stir it was mixed. The flavor is ok, but more blackberry-lemon than lemonade imo. But I appreciate that it doesn't have a strong "fake sugar" taste like so many drinks without regular sugar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liquid IV has been one of my go to products for a while now for hydration purposes so I was excited to receive an energy product from one of my favorite brands. I received the flavor of strawberry kiwi which tastes amazing! The packets are super easy to rip open and so quick and convenient to use on the go in my water bottle. I keep a few at home, a few in my office, and a few in my purse. The powder dissolves very quickly with a few shakes or stirs. It contains natural caffeine, electrolytes, vitamins, and amino acids. I did notice a burst of energy similar to having a couple cups of coffee. I was relieved that it didn't make me shaky or anxious like a lot of energy products do. I haven't noticed much of a crash after either. The only con is that I don't like the taste of typical sugar free products and this did have that bitter, sugar free taste. I still drink them and I'm sure I will get used to it over time but next time I will look for the option that isn't sugar free just for taste preference.

Very easy to make you can stick one in the car in your purse. Get one out rip it open pour in a bottle shake it up. You're good to go.

It used 2 or three different artificial sweeteners. It's actually the first ingredient on the list. I would recommend any of the other Liquid I.V. Products, just not this one.

I get dehydrated easily and have even had to go to the hospital for IV fluids before. This product has honestly made a huge difference for me. I use it after workouts and anytime I am sick or feeling run down. The Blackberry Lemonade flavor tastes refreshing without being too sweet and the sugar free formula does not leave any weird aftertaste. It works fast and has become a regular part of my routine.

I have a confession to make.. I have been cheating on coffee with Liquid IV Energy Multiplier... At first I smirked at the name. Liquid IV? As opposed to what, solid IV!? I then realized it's not that deep, and gave it a try. I was impressed! It's sugar-free with no artificial sweeteners which is good because I don't touch those. Amino Acid Allulose Blend is listed as a sweetener and I found Stevia hiding in the ingredients too. I definitely experienced an aftertaste like I do with all non table sugar sweeteners but not everybody experiences this. ( Lucky). Directions say to add 1 packet to 16 ounces of water but I add a little more. 1 packet per day is recommended. Some additional information from the box: Nutritional info: Sodium 500 mg, Carbohydrates 4g, Potassium 370 mg, Vitamin C 62 mg, Niacin 19.3 mg, Vitamin B6 1.93 mg, Vitamin B12 5.79 mg, Pantothenic Acid 9.6 mg and Magnesium 85 mg. Other information directly from the box: 100 mg caffeine ( so 1 to 2 cups of coffee) from Coffeeberry extract ( supports physical energy and mental focus) 200 mg of L-theanine (an amino acid that promotes alert relaxation) 955 mg Electrolytes: Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium (to optimize hydration) Vitamin C, B3, B5, B6, B12 (Supports the immune system [Vitamin C] and cellular energy [B Vitamins] ) Amino Acid Allulose Blend (does not raise blood sugar like table sugar) This is some high caliber stuff! Though caffeine can increase the excretion of all those B vitamins because of its diuretic effect. The verdict? Minus the aftertaste, I enjoyed this drink. I can always blend it with fruit or add more water. I live in the desert and am constantly trying to drink enough H2O to stay properly hydrated, so any help is appreciated. I did get jitters like I do with coffee but my mood was improved and I was energized. I can't use this every day, because I am on a potassium sparing medication. Otherwise, I would recommend this as a refreshing alternative to coffee (I'm sorry coffee).
