They have 100mg of caffeine so more than a cup of coffee but nothing too crazy. They also contain electrolytes and essential vitamins! The strawberry kiwi flavor is so good and I love that it’s sugar free. I usually use half a pack in a glass of water or a full pack in my Stanley. A little goes a long way! These are so a new favorite for me and I’ll always keep them in stock!!

I’m only giving 3 stars because it’s not working like it say it will. I did not get any extra energy whatsoever, but it was hydrating. Also it’s pretty easy to use: 16 oz cold water mixed with 1 pack of the LIQUID I.V. ENERGY. I guess one of the reasons I didn’t like it because I’m no a fan of ZERO SUGAR food & drinks.

My husband doesn’t mind the taste but they are not for me.
