I have tried many different energy drinks, and I really loved the taste of this one! 100mg of caffeine is the perfect mid day pick me up, and the packets make it easy for on the go! I like to store the packets in my work bag for any days I need a little energy boost! I definitely will be purchasing this product again, and can’t wait to try some of the other flavors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blackberry Lemonade flavor of Liquid I.V. wasn’t my favorite, but my husband really liked it. I do like that it’s sugar-free and has 3x the electrolytes of sports drinks. The added caffeine gives a nice boost of energy, too. The box comes with 10 pouches, which is convenient. It’s a little pricey compared to other options, but it works well, so I think it’s worth it. There are several other flavors to try, and I definitely plan to try more.

There's a decent amount of caffeine in it, 100 mg. It tastes good and does the job. Definitely interested in other flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this Liquid I.V. hydration mix is sugar-free thanks to "Monkfruit & Stevia" as sweeteners! It tastes great. Love the flavor combo of Strawberry-Kiwi. It's sweet tastying, but not overly sweet. I like that this product contains 3xs the electrolytes of other hydration/sports type mixes. It's perfect to rehydrate me after a good workout session. It helps me feel less fatigued and more hydrated especially in warmer weather. I love that its a clean label product: vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from artificial preservatives. The box contains 10 single-serve packs which are super convenient & easy to grab, and add to bottled water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love liquid IV. The flavor is so strong, it feels like I’m just adding flavor sugar to my drink. But it’s electrolytes! The only thing is, I tend to avoid electrolytes with caffeine because I’m a long distance runner, and caffeine makes my heart rate skyrocket on easy runs. Other than that, I love this stuff!

Single serve packs are very convenient. The amount of caffeine in each serving would be enough to perk someone up in energetically if they can get past the taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liquid IV energy kiwi strawberry flavor is quite interesting. It has an overwhelming artificial sugar taste that I have to get past first. Once past that I can enjoy the taste a bit. It has 100mg of caffeine so it’s a good amount to get me going. I like to drink this when I’m in a work slump or even when I’m doing a bit of around the house work to boost my energy. It’s got the expected hydration factor that you would expect from liquid IV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this is my least favorite flavor of liquid IV that I have tried yet. I don’t know if it is the addition of the caffeine, or the sugar free added sweetener, but I didn’t like the taste. If you like sweeter things this would be for you. I do like the fact that it doesn’t have sugar though, but I would just prefer it to be completely unsweetened!
