Love, love, love! Not too sweet or fruity. I do have to add extra water to this flavor due to the aftertaste. It's not bad tasting, I just don't like thongs too sweet I use one pack a day, in the early afternoon as to not have the caffiene keep me up at night.

They are travel friendly cost about the same as an energy drink. I do really like the taste and I do like that you are also getting electrolytes at the same time. After some time I did feel the caffeine kicking in and I felt hydrated too. definitely recommend.

It's easy to slip in your bag and the taste isn't terrible for a sugar free option which is nice. Its great for people on keto, or if you are managing diabetes or blood sugar, otherwise I'd stick with the regular tried and true Liquid IV especially if you are active
