The flavor is crisp, light, and refreshing. I felt hydrated and noticeably more energized after drinking it. It just took a little bit of time to kick in.

For me, it does have that “sugar free aftertaste” but it’s light. The lemonade flavoring is light…not sour. Great product.

The blackberry lemonade flavor is definitely my new favorite. I mixed it with 24 ounces of water and thought the flavor strength was perfect. The natural source of caffine was new to me. I was feeling the afternoon slump and decided to try one of these packets. I didn't realize until later that I had a tough time falling asleep, so I wouldn't drink this too close to bed because they definitely work! I'm typically not sensitive to caffine, but I could really tell a difference after drinking this.

It's nice and clean. The convenient packets are easy to open and very portable. I like the added benefit of having extra energy, with no added sugar and non-GMO.

This flavor tastes like typical liquid I.V. with the slight saltiness but it is also a bit sweet and a bit sour since the flavor is strawberry kiwi! The product gets huge credit for doing exactly what it says: providing energy and hydration. My husband, who enjoys drinks like Gatorade, actually likes it, so if you're a fan of those beverages, you may not mind it. However, for me, the unpleasant flavor significantly drags down the overall experience. I sincerely wish this product were available with a less aggressive taste profile; it's an effective energy boost that is unfortunately hard to swallow.
