I do get the blackberry flavor but not lemonade. It's just salty. I know it's good for you and replaces electrolytes but I can't bring myself to drink a whole I e. It's easy to use and mix up. The same hydration super hero benefits of the normal Liquid IV with the added energy benefit, thanks to 100mg of natural caffeine* Strawberry-Kiwi is yummy, not too overly sweet, and I was shocked I loved the sugar free version, usually I just go with the sugar because I tend to not like sugar free after taste, no need here, because they do not use artificial sweeteners, instead they use their proprietary amino acid-allulose blend, a natural alternative sweetener that supports hydration but without the excess calories or blood sugar spikes of glucose. Love the single serve package, it's enough flavor for a large water, for me at least, which is what I prefer. It dissolves quickly and easily. So I feel the energy boost, but overall just feel better with all the other benefits. I will be purchasing more of these next time I go shopping, huge fan, and they will get added to the rotation with Strawberry-watermelon, Watermelon, Popsicle firecracker, Concord Grape, and Strawberry

Once past that I can enjoy the taste a bit. It has 100mg of caffeine so it's a good amount to get me going.
