Once past that I can enjoy the taste a bit. It has 100mg of caffeine so it’s a good amount to get me going. However because I am sensitive to sugar free products and it causes migraines I wasn't able to enjoy them much. If they were not sugar free I would definitely purchase in the future. It does have quite a noticeable sodium flavor to it. I don't particularly care for this flavor personally. This provided me with added hydration and I like the vitamins and mineral contents this has. I was a little bit skeptical at first because I heard it made your drink a little bit thicker than just water consistency, but I didn’t think so. It was really easy to prepare. All you do is put into a water bottle or a cup of water and shake it or stir it and it taste really good.
