I love that this mix also has natural caffeine so you don't get a lot of caffeine and get jitters afterwards . It does give me a steady energy after I drink it plus I love the fact that I'm getting minerals as well. The packets are so convenient for on the go without have to take a pill. The only downside is the b-12 is not the great form hopefully the brand will see this review and take that into consideration…

It does look like lemonade when added to water and you can taste slightly lemonade flavor but the blackberry messes with the aftertaste I think. Definitely salty with those electrolytes. I would not repurchase this flavor but I am open to purchasing other flavors because this does replenish my electrolytes.

Easy to use just pour in a water bottle and shake .It definitely is better for you than my daily energy drink.It has 5 essential vitamins & no artificial sweeteners .It has a sweet flavor of lemonade and gives you a boost without a crash .I will definitely be using LIQUID IV ENERGY instead of my daily energy drink!I also feel hydrated not jittery like other energy products.

The texture doesn't even have a texture. Just add a little flavor to the water smells delicious and I haven't noticed any acidity. I have a confession to make.. I have been cheating on coffee with Liquid IV Energy Multiplier... At first I smirked at the name. Liquid IV? As opposed to what, solid IV!? I then realized it's not that deep, and gave it a try. I was impressed! It's sugar-free with no artificial sweeteners which is good because I don't touch those. Amino Acid Allulose Blend is listed as a sweetener and I found Stevia hiding in the ingredients too. I definitely experienced an aftertaste like I do with all non table sugar sweeteners but not everybody experiences this. ( Lucky). Directions say to add 1 packet to 16 ounces of water but I add a little more. 1 packet per day is recommended. Some additional information from the box: Nutritional info: Sodium 500 mg, Carbohydrates 4g, Potassium 370 mg, Vitamin C 62 mg, Niacin 19.3 mg, Vitamin B6 1.93 mg, Vitamin B12 5.79 mg, Pantothenic Acid 9.6 mg and Magnesium 85 mg. I did get jitters like I do with coffee but my mood was improved and I was energized. I can't use this every day, because I am on a potassium sparing medication. Otherwise, I would recommend this as a refreshing alternative to coffee (I'm sorry coffee).
