It has zero sugar and zero artificial sweeteners. It comes in an easy to use packet that you just pour right into your water mix it up and you’re good to go. You can take this anywhere And has five essential vitamins, electrolytes, and amino acids gave me such a good energy boost that lasted throughout the day without an energy crash highly recommended this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You definitely want to mix it with 16 ounces or more water otherwise it is too much flavor for me. I definitely prefer watered down!! It does look like lemonade when added to water and you can taste slightly lemonade flavor but the blackberry messes with the aftertaste I think. Definitely salty with those electrolytes. I would not repurchase this flavor but I am open to purchasing other flavors because this does replenish my electrolytes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a fan of liquid IV. It's really salty to me. And I've not found a flavor I like. This did nothing for me And it tastes really bad. I do get the blackberry flavor but not lemonade. It's just salty. I know it's good for you and replaces electrolytes but I can't bring myself to drink a whole I e. It's easy to use and mix up. There is no side effects other than bad taste. It did give me some light heartburn. I wouldn't purchase them but what's not for me ,, may be great for you.

Blackberry Lemonade came in a ten pack of individual serving packets. They are very convenient for hydration on the go. I just poured a packet in to a bottled water. They have a terrific blackberry lemonade taste. When you add hydration and energy to that you can’t go wrong. I love that it contains Vitamin B along with L-Theanine and CognatiQ to help with your mood and focus. It also contains 100 mg of natural caffeine. I absolutely recommend trying this Liquid I.V. if you are interested in a hydrating energy boost.
