Good flavor and good energy but did not sit well with my system. The human body cannot fully digest allulose. The effects of this product were odd. Gave me great energy before a run but had to rush to the bathroom within a couple hours. I have not had the same experience with Liquid IV flavors that do not have allulose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a health condition that requires me to consume hydration beverages regularly and the Blackberry Lemonade Energy Multipler Liquid IV tastes so good! I love that it has 100mg of caffeine so it's a great way to start my day. The flavor is mild but also flavorful which is nice.

It gives me a natural energy boost without the crash or jitters. I like that it's sugar-free and made with clean ingredients. Perfect for busy days when I need hydration and focus. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liquid I.V. Energy Multiplier Sugar-Free, Strawberry Kiwi, 10 count Energy Multiplier Sugar-Free is a great-tasting, non-GMO electrolyte powder drink mix powered by a proprietary Amino Acid Allulose Blend to deliver hydration-first energy formula with O sugars & O artificial sweeteners. Our formula combines the deep refreshment of hydration with B vitamins to support cellular energy processes, adds L-Theanine and CognatiQ to support focus and mood, and needs just 100mg of natural caffeine sourced from coffeeberry energy extract for a gentle, balanced lift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smells and taste so freaking good so refreshing and so hydrating. It has a very good strong taste is not a watered down Taste at all. Very easy to make you can stick one in the car in your purse. Get one out rip it open pour in a bottle shake it up. You're good to go.

First time trying this flavor and the "Energy" formulation. Typically I buy the Lemon-Lime and White Peach made with Allulose. Initial impression is very positive. Tastes very good. I mix at 50% of the recommended mixture. No discernable caffeine taste or after effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this concept, hydration and energy to go, but the flavor just didn't hit as great as I thought it would. I don't drink energy drinks though because I don't think they taste good, and this does taste better to me than most, but still not great. 100mg of caffeine is definitely enough for me, but my energy drink loving husband said it wasn't enough for him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Liquid I.V. Energy Multiplier Sugar-Free in Blackberry Lemonade flavor, and I really love it! It's refreshing, naturally sweet, and gives me a quick energy boost without any jitters. Perfect drink for when I need a little pick-me-up during the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sugar free blackberry lemonade has such a good flavor to it. I love that the box lists off all the ingredients and what the product is expected to do. After drinking it I did feel more focused and had a boost of energy. I think the amount of packets for the price is right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed this drink! It is sweet and flavorful with zero sugar. It is heavy on the blackberry taste with a hint of lemonade. It has electrolytes and caffeine to help power you through a work out or just life in general. I like that this drink comes in individual packs to take on the go or for easy mixing. I would recommend!
