Very easy to make you can stick one in the car in your purse. Get one out rip it open pour in a bottle shake it up. You're good to go.

The flavor makes it way more enjoyable to drink. Once you open the packet you can smell the strawberry kiwi. It smells so good. The powder mixes well in the water and doesn't clump up. It's very refreshing and I feel a little more awake after taking. I love that it is sugar free and has electrolytes, vitamins, and amino acids. Definitely worth the price.

With 100 mg of natural caffeine, a 2:1 dose of L-Theanine for smooth focus, and 3× the electrolytes of a typical sports drink, it helps me feel alert without that jittery crash later. The sugar-free formula is a big plus (no sugary spike), though it's a little premium price for daily habit.

It's a really great way to get extra important vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, & Magnesium. It also provides a great source of electrolytes and natural caffeine. One serving of this also has very little calories (20). I have tried several flavors of the Liquid I.V. before, but this was my first time trying their Energy Multiplier sticks. I had also never tried any sugar-free flavors before. While I have never been a huge fan of the overall taste of these mixes, this Sugar-free Strawberry Kiwi Energy flavor had a much "saltier" taste than some of the others I've tried. I'm not sure if it was just the Strawberry Kiwi flavor or had to do with it being sugar-free, or a combination of both those factors. Either way, this flavor wasn't my favorite. I will still use them as the benefits are wonderful and I liked the boost of energy, but the flavor was a dud for me, personally.

I love the convenient packaging that I can easily carry around for when I need it. Taste is great, the sweeteners don't bother me and I'm very sensitive to a taste of stevia, I don't like it. I can definitely feel the energy boost shortly after drinking it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You definitely want to mix it with 16 ounces or more water otherwise it is too much flavor for me. I definitely prefer watered down!! It does look like lemonade when added to water and you can taste slightly lemonade flavor but the blackberry messes with the aftertaste I think. Definitely salty with those electrolytes. I would not repurchase this flavor but I am open to purchasing other flavors because this does replenish my electrolytes.
