[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would like this but unfortunately I don't. I'm not taking any rating away because of my personal preferences. I'm only giving 3 stars because it's not working like it say it will. I did not get any extra energy whatsoever, but it was hydrating. Also it's pretty easy to use: 16 oz cold water mixed with 1 pack of the LIQUID I.V. ENERGY. I guess one of the reasons I didn't like it because I'm no a fan of ZERO SUGAR food & drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Liquid IV, and the blackberry lemonade was no different! I loved this flavor so much! It's not as strong of a flavor and has a lighter lemonade taste. It was just a yummy combo! I've used almost the entire box 🙌🏻

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These liquid IV sticks are an convenient, quick way to get hydrated, with the added bonus of natural caffeine! I enjoyed the blackberry lemonade flavor a lot. They are so easy to take on the go whenever you need a pick me up. There was a good bit of artificial sweetener aftertaste which was a bummer but not a dealbreaker. I would buy them again for these benefits plus the added vitamins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely one of the best tasting sugar free electrolytes I've tasted. The powder mixed easily in a glass of cold water and the flavors are just as described. Very happy with the zero sugar and added benefits.

The packaging is convenient and easy to use. It has a nice consistency and flavor that isn't overpowering and doesn't have a vitamin taste to it.

The same hydration super hero benefits of the normal Liquid IV with the added energy benefit, thanks to 100mg of natural caffeine* Strawberry-Kiwi is yummy, not too overly sweet, and I was shocked I loved the sugar free version, usually I just go with the sugar because I tend to not like sugar free after taste, no need here, because they do not use artificial sweeteners, instead they use their proprietary amino acid-allulose blend, a natural alternative sweetener that supports hydration but without the excess calories or blood sugar spikes of glucose. Love the single serve package, it's enough flavor for a large water, for me at least, which is what I prefer. It dissolves quickly and easily. So I feel the energy boost, but overall just feel better with all the other benefits. I will be purchasing more of these next time I go shopping, huge fan, and they will get added to the rotation with Strawberry-watermelon, Watermelon, Popsicle firecracker, Concord Grape, and Strawberry

Energy Multiplier in the sugar-free strawberry flavor It gives me clean, balanced energy without the jitters or crash perfect for workouts, long days, or when I just need a boost.It's got natural caffeine, L-theanine, electrolytes, and vitamins, so I stay focused and hydrated all day. And honestly, it's totally worth the price to stay hydrated, especially during winter when we all forget to drink enough water. The strawberry kiwi flavor is so good refreshing, not too sweet, and no weird aftertaste at all. The little packets are super convenient too easy to toss in my bag and take to work. Love the ingredients, love the taste, just overall top-notch stuff.

I still like it, but overall I prefer other Liquid IV flavors. This one tastes good and I love that I can adjust the amount of water to make it stronger or more diluted. I love drinking Liquid IV while working out.
