Let's highlight why. Right off the bay, each serving delivers 100 mg of natural caffeine as well as 3 times the amount of electrolytes of most sports drinks. The “liv hydrascience” formula is packed with ingredients such as l-theanine, essential vitamins, allulose and electrolytes which are designed to increase hydration, focus, physical energy and mood. In addition, it is vegan, dairy free, gluten free and non-gmo The single packet distribution makes it easy to grab and mix up an accurate amount. The packages are easy to open and do not clog on pouring out. The mixture stirs up smoothly without leaving any grainy taste that many powdered drinks do. The natural sweetener is actually quite delicious and great to know it isn't an unhealthy sugar substitute. I like the blackberry lemonade flavoring as it is a great balance between sweet with a bit of sour like a traditional lemonade. As to the results, I have chronic fatigue and am also usually dehydrated, so this is a great product for me! I can't say that I feel any great surge of energy when I drink these but I do feel that my focus is a bit more enhanced and I noticeably feel more hydrated than when I drink a standard electrolyte sports drink. With the benefits this delivers combined with flavorful taste that doesn't have harsh chemical sweeteners, this is one I will likely be purchasing again! Very easy to make you can stick one in the car in your purse. Get one out rip it open pour in a bottle shake it up. You're good to go.

I like that it has caffeine, zero sugar and gives me electrolytes- all this and I can take when I travel- I think that's top selling point for me, electrolytes at the ready without side effects, such as from energy drinks.
