The flavor was ok, I liked that its sugar free and low in calories as well as being vegan! The flavor did taste a little off, slightly artificial even though it's not made with artificial sweeteners. This worked well as a pick me up mid afternoon as I was feeling pretty tired, this gave me a boost of energy that carried me through the rest of the day. I can see me using these when I need a quick boost, after sport or a long day running after my teenager! I'd like to try a different flavor of these and see if I'd prefer that. For me the energy that I got was just right! I did not get jittery or nauseated, nor did I have a crash later on! That is wonderful. And while the sugar-free aspect did take a little getting used to for my taste buds, I can’t say it was bad. What’s more, I got all that energy without all the calories! I will gladly use this entire box and probably buy more! I will also mention that I found the powder dissolved very easily without clumping up.
