There is a slight sugar-free aftertaste, which I noticed since I'm not usually a fan of sugar-free products, but overall it tastes pretty good! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Perfect Sugar-Free Energy & Hydration Boost! I am absolutely thrilled with the Liquid I.V. Energy Multiplier in Blackberry Lemonade! This product has quickly become my go-to for a clean, sustained energy boost without the jitters or crash you get from traditional energy drinks. What I Love: • ⚡ Effective Energy: The "Energy Multiplier" claim is totally real. I feel focused, awake, and ready to tackle my day, whether it's before a workout or during that mid-afternoon slump. Crucially, the energy is steady and doesn't lead to a hard crash later. • 💧 Superior Hydration: Like their original formula, the hydration factor is top-notch. It makes drinking enough water easy and enjoyable, especially since it delivers essential electrolytes. • 🍓 Delicious Flavor: The Blackberry Lemonade flavor is fantastic! It's perfectly balanced—not too tart, not too sweet, and tastes incredibly refreshing. I appreciate that it uses other natural flavors. • 🚫 Sugar-Free is Key: As someone who tries to avoid excess sugar, the fact that this is sugar-free is the biggest selling point. It gives me the boost I need without any unnecessary added sugars. • Convenience: The single-serving sticks are perfect for throwing in my gym bag, purse, or desk drawer. Mixing it is instant and easy. If you are looking for a healthier, highly effective way to hydrate and energize, look no further. This is a game-changer! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You definitely want to mix it with 16 ounces or more water otherwise it is too much flavor for me. I definitely prefer watered down!! It does look like lemonade when added to water and you can taste slightly lemonade flavor but the blackberry messes with the aftertaste I think. Definitely salty with those electrolytes. I would not repurchase this flavor but I am open to purchasing other flavors because this does replenish my electrolytes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These liquid IV sticks are an convenient, quick way to get hydrated, with the added bonus of natural caffeine! I enjoyed the blackberry lemonade flavor a lot. They are so easy to take on the go whenever you need a pick me up. There was a good bit of artificial sweetener aftertaste which was a bummer but not a dealbreaker. I would buy them again for these benefits plus the added vitamins.
