While I wouldn’t get this one again, I do like many of the others. The packet packaging is particularly convenient to just throw in your bag and go. Big fan. It’s easy to make, just stir it into a big water and you are set. One packet makes me two large waters.

They are individually wrapped sticks. The smooth texture powder mixes easily, just add them to water and I'm good to go. Easy to take with me anywhere. I taste and smell the yummy strawberry and kiwi. It does not have a color.

The only thing is, I tend to avoid electrolytes with caffeine because I’m a long distance runner, and caffeine makes my heart rate skyrocket on easy runs. Other than that, I love this stuff!

Love, love, love! Not too sweet or fruity. I do have to add extra water to this flavor due to the aftertaste. It's not bad tasting, I just don't like thongs too sweet I use one pack a day, in the early afternoon as to not have the caffiene keep me up at night.

If you’re looking for a little energy boost without the sugar crash, Liquid I.V. Energy Multiplier in Sugar-Free Blackberry Lemonade is a good choice. The flavor is subtle and easy to drink. Even though it’s sugar-free, it was a tad too sweet for my taste. The electrolyte powder formula contains L-Theanine and CognatiQ to support mental clarity and mood. B vitamins to support cellular energy processes. This is a perfect drink to get a healthy start to your day, or to combat mid-day fatigue. I like this product. It’s satisfying to be able to get proper hydration and a little energy kick at the same time.
