I'm only giving 3 stars because it's not working like it say it will. I did not get any extra energy whatsoever, but it was hydrating. Also it's pretty easy to use: 16 oz cold water mixed with 1 pack of the LIQUID I.V. ENERGY. I guess one of the reasons I didn't like it because I'm no a fan of ZERO SUGAR food & drinks.

This didn't give me a big burst of energy, but it did help me feel more hydrated and a bit more alive, which honestly was enough. The individual packets are really convenient for on the go, and it smells like regular lemonade, which is nice. I just wish the flavor tasted more like actual lemon because it's a bit too sweet for me(even though it sugar free). Overall, I'd still recommend it for the hydration and convenience.

It has zero sugar and zero artificial sweeteners. It comes in an easy to use packet that you just pour right into your water mix it up and you're good to go. You can take this anywhere And has five essential vitamins, electrolytes, and amino acids gave me such a good energy boost that lasted throughout the day without an energy crash highly recommended this

There's a decent amount of caffeine in it, 100 mg. It tastes good and does the job. Definitely interested in other flavors.

First time trying this flavor and the "Energy" formulation. Typically I buy the Lemon-Lime and White Peach made with Allulose. Initial impression is very positive. Tastes very good. I mix at 50% of the recommended mixture. No discernable caffeine taste or after effects.

Good flavor and good energy but did not sit well with my system. The human body cannot fully digest allulose. The effects of this product were odd. Gave me great energy before a run but had to rush to the bathroom within a couple hours. I have not had the same experience with Liquid IV flavors that do not have allulose.

Energy Multiplier Sugar-Free in Strawberry Kiwi, especially since it promises hydration and a balanced energy boost. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The taste is very sweet — almost overpoweringly so — and the artificial sweetener flavor lingers more than I'd like. I was hoping for something light and refreshing, but instead, it tasted more like a strong, overly sweetened drink. It didn't have that crisp, hydrating feel I usually look for in electrolyte mixes. I love the idea behind the product, but for me, the flavor just didn't work. If you're sensitive to artificial sweeteners, this might not be your favorite either.
