The blackberry lemonade flavor is definitely my new favorite. I mixed it with 24 ounces of water and thought the flavor strength was perfect. The natural source of caffine was new to me. I was feeling the afternoon slump and decided to try one of these packets. I didn't realize until later that I had a tough time falling asleep, so I wouldn't drink this too close to bed because they definitely work! I'm typically not sensitive to caffine, but I could really tell a difference after drinking this.

Sugar free is a plus! Packaging is great. Big pouches or mix. I would probably stick to my regular energy drinks over this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, where do I begin with this product. Yes, it does what it’s supposed to do. Good energy without feeling jittery. It dissolves REALLY well in water. The taste is not good though. I wish I would’ve picked a different flavor because this one tasted like magnesium citrate(if you’ve ever done colonoscopy prep, you know what I mean.) It’s like those electrolyte drinks times 10. I tried to add lemonade to it, but that salty flavor just doesn’t go away. I did not like these packets and probably won’t use them unless I’m broke and can’t afford my normal energy drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first time i ever tried LiquidIV and I drank my first sachet in one sitting, it gave me the runs- so ive learned my lesson and added my second sachet to my 1L water bottle and sipped it throughout the day. I like its sugar free but yet has a nice lemonade flavor. The blackberry is more subtle which I appreciate since that can be sometimes overpowering as an added flavor. I do like I feel less thirsty and have been more productive around the house when I do drink this.

With 100 mg of natural caffeine, a 2:1 dose of L-Theanine for smooth focus, and 3× the electrolytes of a typical sports drink, it helps me feel alert without that jittery crash later. The sugar-free formula is a big plus (no sugary spike), though it’s a little premium price for daily habit.

The flavor was ok, I liked that its sugar free and low in calories as well as being vegan! The flavor did taste a little off, slightly artificial even though it’s not made with artificial sweeteners. This worked well as a pick me up mid afternoon as I was feeling pretty tired, this gave me a boost of energy that carried me through the rest of the day. I can see me using these when I need a quick boost, after sport or a long day running after my teenager! I’d like to try a different flavor of these and see if I’d prefer that.
