I enjoy this on ice before my daily walk. Drink it early as you really don't want to be energized at 7:00 pm. Learned that! Orders were filled promptly, and when I had to reduce my subscription, as I was consuming less than I thought I would, it was easy to make the adjustment

At first, there's a slight salty note from the electrolytes, but it quickly becomes smooth and pleasant. It's not too sweet, which I really like. After drinking it, I felt a bit more awake and refreshed, probably thanks to the natural caffeine. I like that it's sugar-free but still tastes good. The packs are easy to take along with you and it does dissolve nicely. It did give me heartburn which is profuse to the lemonade in it. Overall, it works and had a decent taste.
