Also the extra hydration is great.. plus I liked the suds— made me feel like I was drinking soda a little bit without the calories etc, lol. I usually hate energy drinks because they make me feel all jittery and then I crash hard. The Energy Multiplier Sugar-Free is so different—it's super hydrating because of all the electrolytes, and the 100mg of caffeine plus the L-Theanine gives me a smooth, focused lift with zero jitters. Seriously, no sugar, no fake sweeteners, and it tastes great. It's the perfect little pick-me-up before a workout or when I just need to power through the end of the workday. I'm hooked!

For me the energy that I got was just right! I did not get jittery or nauseated, nor did I have a crash later on! That is wonderful. And while the sugar-free aspect did take a little getting used to for my taste buds, I can’t say it was bad. What’s more, I got all that energy without all the calories! I will gladly use this entire box and probably buy more! I will also mention that I found the powder dissolved very easily without clumping up. And all I did was mix it into my ice water with a straw! So it’s super easy to prepare.

They are travel friendly cost about the same as an energy drink. I do really like the taste and I do like that you are also getting electrolytes at the same time. After some time I did feel the caffeine kicking in and I felt hydrated too. definitely recommend.

Blackberry Lemonade came in a ten pack of individual serving packets. They are very convenient for hydration on the go. I just poured a packet in to a bottled water. They have a terrific blackberry lemonade taste. When you add hydration and energy to that you can’t go wrong. I love that it contains Vitamin B along with L-Theanine and CognatiQ to help with your mood and focus. It also contains 100 mg of natural caffeine. I absolutely recommend trying this Liquid I.V. if you are interested in a hydrating energy boost.

Had the fake sugar aftertaste as well which I am no fan of. It dissolved okay but there was still some powder settled at the bottom of my glass after a very vigorous stir. This is a no for me.

I first tried Liquid I.V. a few years ago on a cruise to Mexico and was genuinely impressed—not only with the taste of the flavors I tried then, but also with how quickly it helped alleviate a hangover. While the Blackberry Lemonade flavor is not my personal favorite, I will say that the effectiveness remains consistent with the other Liquid I.V. varieties I've used in the past. When mixed with at least 35 ounces of water, the taste is perfectly manageable and still refreshing enough to drink easily. I also appreciate that this product comes in 10 individual packets, making it extremely convenient for work, travel, or keeping on hand while you're on the go. The price point feels fair considering the quality, effectiveness, and overall presentation of the product. Despite the flavor not being my top choice, I would still repurchase it and recommend it to friends because of how well it works.
