It dissolves really well with no clumping and the consistency stays smooth from the first sip to the last. The ingredients are clean and I appreciate that it's sugar free while still giving me a solid boost of energy when I need it most. The flavor is definitely on the sour side for my taste, but it's still refreshing and easy to drink, especially when cold. The aftertaste is light and fades quickly, and I love how convenient the packets are for busy days. I was a little bit skeptical at first because I heard it made your drink a little bit thicker than just water consistency, but I didn't think so. It was really easy to prepare. All you do is put into a water bottle or a cup of water and shake it or stir it and it taste really good. There wasn't any granules of the drink mix left it actually dissolved really nice into the liquid which I absolutely love the aftertaste was a little bit strong but nothing overwhelming. I definitely like that. It gives you the energy boost as well. Definitely wanna buy these again and wanna try other flavors great value for your money and nice hydration with that boost of energy.

I like its sugar free but yet has a nice lemonade flavor. The blackberry is more subtle which I appreciate since that can be sometimes overpowering as an added flavor. I do like I feel less thirsty and have been more productive around the house when I do drink this.
