This Blackberry Lemonade Energy Multiplier Sugar-Free is not for me — the taste just doesn’t compare. My favorite is still the Ginger Lemon flavor, and I’m sad it was discontinued because nothing beats it for me! I love the hydration and energy benefits, but flavor-wise I’ll stick to the ones I know and enjoy.

My first impression is it is very sour, with a strong lemon taste that can be a little overwhelming at first, especially if you don’t like tart drinks. The energy boost is noticeable but not too intense, similar to a small cup of coffee, and it feels steady rather than jittery. I like that it doesn’t cause a sugar crash and helps with hydration at the same time, which makes it useful for long days when I feel tired. However, the sour flavor might be too much for some people, and I found it tastes better when mixed with more water than recommended. Overall, it’s a decent option for sugar-free energy and hydration, but the taste could be improved. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liquid IV has been one of my go to products for a while now for hydration purposes so I was excited to receive an energy product from one of my favorite brands. I received the flavor of strawberry kiwi which tastes amazing! The packets are super easy to rip open and so quick and convenient to use on the go in my water bottle. I keep a few at home, a few in my office, and a few in my purse. The powder dissolves very quickly with a few shakes or stirs. It contains natural caffeine, electrolytes, vitamins, and amino acids. I did notice a burst of energy similar to having a couple cups of coffee. I was relieved that it didn't make me shaky or anxious like a lot of energy products do. I haven't noticed much of a crash after either. The only con is that I don't like the taste of typical sugar free products and this did have that bitter, sugar free taste. I still drink them and I'm sure I will get used to it over time but next time I will look for the option that isn't sugar free just for taste preference.

The packs are easy to take along with you and it does dissolve nicely. It did give me heartburn which is profuse to the lemonade in it. Overall, it works and had a decent taste.

Love the flavor combo of Strawberry-Kiwi. It's sweet tastying, but not overly sweet. I like that this product contains 3xs the electrolytes of other hydration/sports type mixes. It's perfect to rehydrate me after a good workout session. It helps me feel less fatigued and more hydrated especially in warmer weather. I love that its a clean label product: vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from artificial preservatives. The box contains 10 single-serve packs which are super convenient & easy to grab, and add to bottled water.

While I wouldn’t get this one again, I do like many of the others. The packet packaging is particularly convenient to just throw in your bag and go. Big fan. It’s easy to make, just stir it into a big water and you are set. One packet makes me two large waters.
