The only thing is, I tend to avoid electrolytes with caffeine because I'm a long distance runner, and caffeine makes my heart rate skyrocket on easy runs. Other than that, I love this stuff!

So I'm not a big fan of energy drinks off the bat bc they make me feel jittery. But these liquid IVs were opposite. I felt good, hydrated, and the taste was good! The blackberry lemonade was a hit for sure! My fiance LOVED them and drank most of them lol. So flavor was good, it didn't make me feel like it was an energy drink it just gave me that hydration energy that I needed to get through the day! I highly recommend it if you like these flavors!

While I wouldn't get this one again, I do like many of the others. The packet packaging is particularly convenient to just throw in your bag and go. Big fan. It's easy to make, just stir it into a big water and you are set. One packet makes me two large waters.

So keep that in mind when making it. It didn't dissolve instantly but with a straw stir it was mixed. The flavor is ok, but more blackberry-lemon than lemonade imo. But I appreciate that it doesn't have a strong "fake sugar" taste like so many drinks without regular sugar!

Once past that I can enjoy the taste a bit. It has 100mg of caffeine so it's a good amount to get me going. I like to drink this when I'm in a work slump or even when I'm doing a bit of around the house work to boost my energy. It's got the expected hydration factor that you would expect from liquid IV.
