However, the recommended cooking in the air fryer was good because it gave it a little crisp. The only negative feedback I have is that they were difficult to remove from the packaging all in one piece. I also liked them a little spicier and added some red pepper flakes. They last for quite a while in the refrigerator and that was a bonus.

When I first opened the box I thought I was getting some hotel breakfast egg pucks. These are not the same. I highly recommend using a toaster oven, or air fryer, as opposed to a microwave, and make sure you put some oil or butter under them or they will stick. They come out firm but not hard, and when you cut into them they are still moist but not wet. Just right. I would definitely recommend these as a healthier option vs breakfast sandwich, for a quick bite in the morning. I do wish they were a bit larger, they are more than a bite, but not much more.

It was my first time trying egg white bites that are not freshly made, I thought it would save me time on cooking in the morning but it was a disappointment. The portions are really small, the texture is mushy and not appealing plus there is no taste whatsoever. I'd rather make fresh eggs,more tasty,healthier and way cheaper and probably less calories.I would pass on this product.

These were really really awful. I eat egg bites all the time and the texture and flavor of these is so off. It tasted like slimy, whipped egg white. I didn't taste any other flavor and even fully cooked it wasn't very solid. Only managed to eat half of one and threw the rest away.

I generally would not have tried this product, but I am so glad I did. The flavor was amazing, just the right amount of red bell peppers, spinach and cheese. I am not a fan of spinach, but I am rethinking why I didn't like it? Probably flashbacks to my younger days, when my mom said eat your spinach, it is good for you! Wow, not only is it good for you, but it tastes great. Now add egg white, peppers and cheese it is awesome! As far as preparing it, it couldn't be easier. 8 Minutes in my air fryer and bam it is done. It makes me feel like a real chef!

WE love them for a great grab and go breakfast or a healthy snack when getting home from sports practice. The only negative is that the egg bite hardly have any red bell pepper and spinach in them, but you can definitely taste the cheese flavor. They're delicious and tasted just like the starbucks egg bite. Will definitely buy again. Please Sams, continue to have this item available.
