These are delicious! They taste exactly like the egg bites at Starbucks, but for a fraction of the cost. Be sure to air fry and you won’t be disappointed!

I love the egg bites. They taste light and fluffy, are reasonably low cal compared to most food options.Protein with no bread carbs helps me to feel satisfied without as much guilt. Especially if I'm gonna workout.

I definitely will purchase these again, as long as they are available. It has a very nice creamy texture that just melts in your mouth, very flavorful. These egg bites are a great addition to have at breakfast!

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review. My family, especially my kids, loved these. WE love them for a great grab and go breakfast or a healthy snack when getting home from sports practice. The only negative is that the egg bite hardly have any red bell pepper and spinach in them, but you can definitely taste the cheese flavor. They're delicious and tasted just like the starbucks egg bite. Will definitely buy again. Please Sams, continue to have this item available.
