These are so yummy and so convenient to have on hand great for when you don’t have time to cook breakfast or if you have a crowd on and you don’t want to cook for everybody.

I'm so happy that I tried a sample at the store. I didn't think it looked good. I was so wrong. It had a subtle pepper flavor and it's delicious.

They taste great, are quick and easy to heat, and save you a trip to the coffee shop. They come in perforated pairs, so I like to cut them into individual bites, and then mix and match them with the bacon ones. Would highly recommend.

Quick morning breakfast but could be for any meal! Low-carb and healthier ingredients. We heat them in microwave, but think they would be even better in air fryer (preferred method). Add avocado and these keep our energy up for hours! Great for vegetarian and pork-free diets. Love!

Good but could be better. The taste is very good when air-fried or toasted. I don't recommend solely microwaving them because it leaves them too wet. The picture on the box shows a lot of mixed in veggies but the actual product has very few--they are mostly blended egg/cheese. The I got were a bit smaller than average size for an egg bite and didn't even fill the plastic liner they are packed in.

Not what I expected, these had a good texture, only that they tasted like they were left over mashed potatoes, the cheese that is listed is non existent
