Quick morning breakfast but could be for any meal! Low-carb and healthier ingredients. We heat them in microwave, but think they would be even better in air fryer (preferred method). Add avocado and these keep our energy up for hours! Great for vegetarian and pork-free diets. Love!

When I first opened the box I thought I was getting some hotel breakfast egg pucks. These are not the same. I highly recommend using a toaster oven, or air fryer, as opposed to a microwave, and make sure you put some oil or butter under them or they will stick. They come out firm but not hard, and when you cut into them they are still moist but not wet. Just right. I would definitely recommend these as a healthier option vs breakfast sandwich, for a quick bite in the morning. I do wish they were a bit larger, they are more than a bite, but not much more.

However, I was positively surprised to find these egg white bites both flavorful and creamy, not dry like other pre-made egg white items. I suspect this may be from the slow sous vide cooking and the creamy jack cheese. It's a versatile option, as a main breakfast item, but I also tried it paired with bacon and jelly toast, and even sandwiched between an English muffin for a breakfast sandwich.

These are so yummy and so convenient to have on hand great for when you don’t have time to cook breakfast or if you have a crowd on and you don’t want to cook for everybody.

These are really good. They do best in the air fryer. Toaster oven was okay but the microwave made them hard like a hockey puck. The price is good and they are filling.

I actually started getting these as a means of getting a light, quick, meal for breakfast. I continue to buy it because it was tasty and went well with the spinach and was a definite easy breakfast.

I used to buy these at Starbucks until I found these in Sam's. Tastes as good as Starbucks and the cost is much less. My favorite is the red roasted pepper. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed

Tastes pretty good. Heats up within seconds. Perfect for that, “in the rush” quick breakfast. Would have been a five star but only issue I’ve had is sometimes they’re stick to the plastic they come in which makes some of it stay stuck to the plastic instead of popping out.

Unfortunately, these tasted really bad. They have nearly no savory egg with veggie flavor and it was very hard for me to try and eat even one egg bite. I had to return them, unfortunately. Maybe these will be just right for someone, just not for me. Thank you.
