These are so yummy and so convenient to have on hand great for when you don’t have time to cook breakfast or if you have a crowd on and you don’t want to cook for everybody.

I'm so happy that I tried a sample at the store. I didn't think it looked good. I was so wrong. It had a subtle pepper flavor and it's delicious.

Since I discovered these a few months ago, they have become my favorite breakfast item. Since I'm watching my cholesterol level, egg whites are a healthy choice!

The egg bites are similar to Starbucks at a better price point. Easy to heat up, the bites are a perfect morning protein boost that lasts past lunchtime.

Quick morning breakfast but could be for any meal! Low-carb and healthier ingredients. We heat them in microwave, but think they would be even better in air fryer (preferred method). Add avocado and these keep our energy up for hours! Great for vegetarian and pork-free diets. Love!

Good but could be better. The taste is very good when air-fried or toasted. I don't recommend solely microwaving them because it leaves them too wet. The picture on the box shows a lot of mixed in veggies but the actual product has very few--they are mostly blended egg/cheese. The I got were a bit smaller than average size for an egg bite and didn't even fill the plastic liner they are packed in.

Ok. Flavor is nice. Texture seems like might be reconstituted egg mixture. Not rubbery, but kind of light foamy. Works for a quick breakfast. Amount for the money was good.

Tastes pretty good. Heats up within seconds. Perfect for that, “in the rush” quick breakfast. Would have been a five star but only issue I've had is sometimes they're stick to the plastic they come in which makes some of it stay stuck to the plastic instead of popping out.

Unfortunately, these tasted really bad. They have nearly no savory egg with veggie flavor and it was very hard for me to try and eat even one egg bite. I had to return them, unfortunately. Maybe these will be just right for someone, just not for me. Thank you.
