I love the packaging and convenience of this product. The only thing different would be to have other flavors without a bell pepper.

Suggested serving size is two 'bites' but since they are wrapped individually, you don't have to open more at a time than you need. An air fryer is the recommended cooking method but I used a toaster oven and was very pleased with both the taste and consistency; I just added a little salt and pepper after cooking. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the packaging. The first bite I just quickly removed from the plastic wrapping, leaving almost a quarter of the bite in the wrapping. The second bite I carefully finagled out of the wrapping and only left a little bit sticking to the plastic - once they find a way to make them non-stick, I'll happily give 5 stars.

I love the egg white and pepper egg bites from Starbucks, and—if you prepare these in the air fryer—these taste just like them. I think most of the negative reviews complaining about texture and plastic taste must be preparing them in the microwave (which I do believe would negatively impact their taste). But if you have an air fryer, I HIGHLY recommend these! Now if I could only keep my family from eating all of them before I get any.

The texture is impressive, not rubbery or "fast-food-like" at all. While the red bell peppers and spinach were visually clear, the vegetable flavor was a bit muted. I would have preferred a bit more punch or spice, but they are a great blank canvas for those who prefer a milder taste. Following the toaster oven directions left the centers cold. I found that a quick zap in the microwave followed by a few minutes in the toaster oven creates the perfect result: piping hot in the middle with those desired crisp edges. Overall, a quick, healthy, and reliable snack for the whole family.

I gave these a try just to find some new options for protein (I'm a weightlifter), and I'm glad I did! They're a little high in saturated fat and sodium, but not terrible for an occasional treat. 14 grams of egg protein in 180 calories isn't "whey protein shake" perfect, but again, fine for a between-meals snack now and then (and superior to most protein bars, especially since you don't have to deal with any sugar alcohols with this product). And egg whites are a complete protein, earning a 1.0 on the PCDAAS scale of protein quality and a Biological Value of 100, meaning that this is a top-tier easily-digested protein source. And they taste GOOD! I've found that microwaving them is perfectly fine, even though they recommend an air fryer (I give them 1:45, slightly longer than the package suggestion). Add a pinch of fat-free cheddar, a dash of paprika, and a drizzle of Melinda's Green Sauce and the flavor is unsurpassed.

It was my first time trying egg white bites that are not freshly made, I thought it would save me time on cooking in the morning but it was a disappointment. The portions are really small, the texture is mushy and not appealing plus there is no taste whatsoever. I'd rather make fresh eggs,more tasty,healthier and way cheaper and probably less calories.I would pass on this product.

These were really really awful. I eat egg bites all the time and the texture and flavor of these is so off. It tasted like slimy, whipped egg white. I didn't taste any other flavor and even fully cooked it wasn't very solid. Only managed to eat half of one and threw the rest away.

They're convenient, high in protein and very filling despite the small portion size. They have a nice fluffy texture and great overall flavor profile. I really enjoy the cheesy flavors. They are well balanced with the fire roasted bell pepper and spinach. The veggies are very mild and not overpowering. They are easily to heat and eat and very quotick
