Fast, healthy breakfast.

After reading the reviews, I decided to try Eggs White Bites. A few weeks ago, I popped into Sam's to pick up some essentials and spotted this tempting item. Intrigued by the reviews, I added it to my shopping list. During my recent trip, I finally made the purchase. Drumroll, they are absolutely delicious! I air-fried them and let them sit for a minute, as instructed. So flavorful! I'm definitely adding these to my morning breakfast routine.

My favorite way is to pop it in the air fryer for less than 10 minutes, but they can also go in the microwave for those extra busy mornings. The cheese compliments the egg whites and they're a great source of protein. Easy, convenient, and worth the price for how many you get. Will continue to purchase.

I love the egg white and pepper egg bites from Starbucks, and—if you prepare these in the air fryer—these taste just like them. I think most of the negative reviews complaining about texture and plastic taste must be preparing them in the microwave (which I do believe would negatively impact their taste). But if you have an air fryer, I HIGHLY recommend these! Now if I could only keep my family from eating all of them before I get any.
