These are easy and delicious. Way cheaper than Starbucks and they taste as good, if not better!

These are just like or dare I say better than the Starbucks ones! They nailed the texture on these. The macros on these are great and make for a very easy balanced breakfast. I plan on stocking up on these.

These are SO good (even better than the MM meat %26 cheese flavor in my opinion, and better nutritionally too), plus it saves megabucks off of buying them from Starbucks. If you're having them at home, try them with a little green salsa and it makes the already great flavor even better! Sometimes the expiration date is a little sooner than I'd like on these and we have to eat them quickly, but maybe it was just a supply problem because it seems to have rectified itself.

After reading the reviews, I decided to try Eggs White Bites. A few weeks ago, I popped into Sam's to pick up some essentials and spotted this tempting item. Intrigued by the reviews, I added it to my shopping list. During my recent trip, I finally made the purchase. Drumroll, they are absolutely delicious! I air-fried them and let them sit for a minute, as instructed. So flavorful! I'm definitely adding these to my morning breakfast routine.

I heated them in the air fryer per the instructions and it did firm up the outside texture quite a bit. I was worried about the texture when I removed them from the packaging because they seamed very squishy. As a health conscious individual I was very pleased by the macros, not quite what I consider "high protein", but not very far off. The peppers definitely add to the flavor profile and the sou vide egg is different but good. I could see myself replacing hard boiled eggs in my diet with these.

I like how quickly it cooked in the air fryer or the microwave, so I can have it for a quick breakfast, especially on the run. The size is perfect. I could probably eat two, but one was also satisfying. I would definitely recommend this product for breakfast or even a midday snack. It is also reasonably priced for the number of bites you get and the size.

Easy to cook and good cheesy flavor. I would have loved to have a bit more veggies in them, which is the reason for a 4 star and not 5. But we will absolutely purchase them again!
