I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get all the nutrients needed when I was barely eating in the beginning because I wasn’t hungry. It has helped me to stay healthy during this time. When I am getting ready for work in the morning, I just throw one in my purse and can have them later. I was worried about liking the taste because I am pretty picky and most gummy vitamins are actually really gross but the taste of these is good. I had no problem with it and the texture isn't weird either.

I had no more side effects after just 2 days! When I went to reorder, I found they had a Raspberry Lemonade flavor. I now find a Strawberry flavor and I will be ordering it soon. These are absolutely delicious and continue to address the side effects that I had experienced. Thank you for making a great product that does what it says. I have referred friends to them also. The very first packet of Gruns completely eliminated the nausea and has done so every day since. I know there are other great benefits to the yummy daily snack, but after just 6 days, that is my “ Wow!”. I look forward to future “Wow!” improvements!
