I feel like these will also be soo helpful this winter to help my immunity with all the vitamins and nutrients packed into these! Therefore, I think the internal work (gut, immunity, recovery)will surely improve but t that is a “behind the scenes” long term improvement not immediately noticeable because I am general healthy. I look forward to having improved cognition, I experienced severe “chemo brain” after cancer treatment that never improved. Oh, to be able to remember simple words again will be a happy day. It was impossible to find cancellation of subscription on line. I have enough gummies for a month already. At this rate I would seriously consider not ordering again.
