I’ve tried all kinds of different things to help me with my tummy issues. Some work too well and have me running to the bathroom in the middle of a meeting and some don’t work at all. I’m so grateful to have found Gruns! Did I mention that I also enjoy the flavor and texture? The regular flavor is really good, and then add the seasonal flavors… oh my goodness!! Delicious!!!

I’m here to report they absolutely do work and we are loving them! To be honest, I thought the first pack I tried tasted terrible, but after the third day they started tasting better and after two weeks in I look forward to them like a snack. I guess they are an acquired taste. I will add that my other half liked the taste from day 1, and it’s the only supplement regimen he has kept up with without being prompted! So yes, Gruns work as claimed!!

I bought these because I saw them on social media being lauded as the next nest thing. I thought, I like gummy vitamins, maybe I should give them a try. Sam's happened to have a discount on them so I sprang for them. OMG, are they gross. The smell is very vitamin-like. The consistancy is granular and sticky. I feel the need to choke down a packet a day due to the cost I paid for them, but mark my words, I will not be buying these again. I gave it 2 stars because maybe it is doing wonderful thing for my body that I am unaware of.
