At first, I was a little hesitant because I thought the price was a little much but there was a really great promotion going around, so I decided to start, and it was the best decision I ever made. After taking Gruns for a few months now my digestive system is better, my nails, hair and skin look beautiful. My energy is incredible. I am not drinking coffee anymore. My memory isn't foggy and forgetful especially when I have my period, I don't get a foggy brain anymore. I am a lifetime subscriber to Gruns.

One order, even a pack, can be completely different from others. The taste and consistency of this product, when not too specifications, and I'm assuming quality standards, is absolutely disgusting! Then, only being able to communicate through email is frustrating. I keep getting the same lip service, over and over. Despite the emails and pictures, and even replacement orders, I continue to get a poor quality and tasting product (hard gummies, gummies that look like they have something growing on them, gummies that taste like raw granulated sugar, gummies that taste like earth/dirt). Additionally, the price and subscription increase is the worst sales model ever. I came back after a few months away, but it is time for me to find a permanent and better replacement until Gruns figures out it's issues!!

I take them daily without any hesitation and no vomiting. But on another note, good thing my husband is out of town right now because my body is adjusting in ways that you don't want others to be around for.

Gummy bear shape doesn't make me feel like I'm doing a chore. It's more like having a snack. And they honestly have a decent taste. Not sugary like a candy gummy bear. But not too vitamin-y either. Only have been taking for a month. But I can say my hair seems better and I have more energy.
