Bad smell immediately when I opened the bag. They are very gritty and all stick together. It has a metallic taste and is just very off. Because of all the positive reviews, I expected them to taste good. I will have to return them- no way I could eat one more. Wish I would have read the negative reviews instead of 5 star.

Can't tell you if they do what they say they will do. Had to spit out the first bear immediately. What a waste!

I would not, they’re gone in a flash) Do have some reduced cravings, but minimal change in my low energy - my main reason for starting Gruns. Previously took Swanson’s Green Energy Blend capsules - had some increase in energy; stopped for 2 weeks prior to started Gruns. Also have taken Swanson’s Peppermint oil w/rosemary,& thyme and an acidophilus tablet each morning for the last 40 years for IBS. I will continue to take for 90 days, but then expect to resume taking Swanson’s Green Energy Blend capsules. I get the same increase in energy.

Nothing happening in the digestive situation. Backed up actually . I had to resort to my laxative to get me going. Not impressed. Still taking them but no real help in the poop dept.
