[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes it is very difficult to get all of our fruit and veggies in for the day and comes in a nice little package that’s easy to toss in my purse my husband’s lunch container. Gruns are so tasty 😋 it’s like having a little treat for the day to help meet our daily requirements. Most alternatives that we’ve tried, just don’t taste good or have a lingering aftertaste and they just are not convenient to take when you’re busy during the day. For us, Gruns are 👍👍

Can't really be sure how much of the nutrients are bioavailable but like any vitamins its a good insurance policy against any deficiencies. As a side benefit its really helped wean me off of candy that has no redeeming nutritional value :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are too sweet. Even my 11yr old thinks they are cloyingly sweet. There is a granular texture to them, like sand. My son had one and he said it was like eating a sugar coated gummy, but inside out. I will not be reordering as I can't even finish the pack I got.
