[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far seems to be great. I feel great, lots of energy. I can't say its these for sure, but my blood pressure has been normal! Which is rare. I run very hot. And only since taken these has my bp been normal. I've noticed its not a good idea to take them at night because I feel wired. My brain won't shut off. Eating a pack with lunch seems to be perfect.

Easy to chew and the taste is easy to get used to although pretty bad the first time. Now I look forward to it. Strange I know. Nothing happening in the digestive situation. Backed up actually . I had to resort to my laxative to get me going. Not impressed. Still taking them but no real help in the poop dept. Sometimes they are sticky, sometimes rock hard, sometimes has crusty edges. And also wish the subscription was easier to manage.
