Im regular, that wasn't happening before (while taking a GLP-1), and I do feel more energetic throughout the day. Personally, I feel more refreshed and my thoughts are less cloudy, and my skin has a nice glow that ive noticed. Very pleased with the results so far, looking forward to the next steps!

I’ve had in months my body’s functioning really well I have way more energy. However, sometime the product seems inconsistent. Sometimes the gummies are super dry, and sometimes they’re sweaty. Also, sometimes there are 7 in a packet, and sometimes there are 15. So that makes me question consistency.
