I have been taking the gummies daily for almost 3 weeks now. And I just recently started feeling the effects of the fiber in the gummies. Not to be TMI, but more frequent poops. I am still waiting for them to make me smarter and prettier. But the increased regularity is good for now. ;)

The extra vitamins, minerals and fiber really helped and so far over 4 months later I have not experienced constipation or hair loss. I really like the taste of them now.
