Almost like the gummies got hot then cooled or crystalized again? Not sure of the reason, but it isn't something I've experienced when I buy the smaller boxes in store. Will be discontinuing my quarterly shipment because of this

I notice a difference in my digestion, that's the most obvious change. It's enough of a positive change that I'm keeping room for Gruns in my budget even as I cut out other vitamins. Very helpful for this picky eater!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made mistake and ordered with low instead of no sugar. I do like them and actually prefer over no sugar, but for other heath reasons, I need no sugar. But overall, they are a hit. I'm hoping they're providing me all they promise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially ordered the Strawberry flavor. They were a little hard/chewy. I did not realize I purchased another 3 months! On top of this purchase ( was an accident) and received the green bag/original flavor. There was quite a difference between the two flavors in terms of freshness. I'm going to say my strawberry bag was stale. A bit disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live the product but there seems to be a quality control issue. Many of the packs are very dried out. It’s not enough of an issue to cancel but wish it could be better. When they are soft and hydrated they are perfect!

I fly long haul international air routes and the Grüns keep my energized and focused on the multiple tasks I must manage. They also keep me regular and pumped for my daily workouts. They keep me focused when I SCUBA dive at my various layovers as well. They taste great and make me feel like I’m just enjoying a little snack and not something designed to be healthful and helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy addition to their dietary routine.

As a physician I am always a bit skeptical of internet products promising life change. Having been on GLP agents now for 2 years first semaglutide now terzepatide I have had the usual gi motility and hydration issues. I was using a variety of different products with success but no joy. I tried Gruns at another physicians home and was immediately aware of a shift towards a more normal gi activity. I now eat them every morning with coffee as does my wife who has Parkinson's which often has its own set of gi issues. We both find them to be a great way to start our morning and find them to hit just right. I think for anyone who's looking for an easy tasty portable solution to a more healthy gi tract this is a great option.

The only issue I had was not realizing I had signed up for subscriptions and then you cant return them if not your first initial order. That is one thing you just have to pay attention to. The product itself is 5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not fond of the green ones I think I have eaten too many of them. I do like raspberry lemonade, my favorite, and then the other two newer flavors. I wish there was a way to change my order to the other flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality assurance not great. Each package is supposed to have eight, as that is what is considered a daily dose. I have a lot number of two bags that some had five, some had 11, 12. It was very strange.
