I eat them mid-afternoon for a pick me up to get me through work day. Feels like a special treat, but is way better for my body and digestive system than what I used to snack on 😂

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the mango sherbet flavor and I've ordered the new flavor to see if I like it, but I don't like the strawberry flavor. I have a hard time eating it. I do like how I've felt with gruins, but wish the flavor was better tasting.

Since I just started a GLP-1, I like feeling like I'm filling any nutrient gaps I may have. The taste is... edible. I'm not a huge fan, but can get them down without problem. What I've noticed right away is that being on a GLP-1 is that I feel less sluggish and there have been zero bathroom issues. So glad I tried these.
