[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sugar free is really upsetting my stomach. I’m used to a lot more fiber per day than 6 grams. I think it’s the allulose. I’ve had diarrhea and gas for 3 weeks. Only thing that’s changed is the gruns I’ve been taking regularly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’ve been using for about a week and I think they’re helpful. It’s definitely improve some of my gut health. I will say they don’t taste the best but they don’t taste terrible but they’re not the best tasting thing.

I literally came across Gruns without knowing anything about the product, it popped up as a random ad on my TV but interestingly I was looking for something for better digestion and some additional fiber. I can't wait to see what the next few months holds! I'm extremely excited about this newfound product!!

The sugar free definitely tastes far better than the added sugar option, which who needs added sugar anyway so to me that’s a huge benefit :) We love that they taste great and keep everyone very regular without being gassy or giving stomach cramps like so many other options do.

I don’t know what the quality was supposed to be like until my second shipment, which was fresh, the packs had air pillows in them, and the gummies were much better, soft and chewy. I don’t understand the inconsistency?
