However, I've been getting a bad headache in the late afternoon every day so I'm changing up the time of day I take it, checking that I'm not doubling up on nutrients and drinking nor water (I already drink 55 oz of water each day). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordering Grüns was an interesting lesson for me on how advertising impacts me. I saw ad after ad talking about how great the taste was. I encourage those thinking about buying these, do not listen to your instinct to smell them or it will turn you off. I also learned, that if I only ate one gummy, I would experience a TERRIBLE aftertaste, but if I quickly ate another, I didn't for some reason. I definitely got used to the taste, because I noticed that my tolerence for the taste went down after I skipped two days on accident. Definitely easy and convenient, but I realized it did not have some of the vitimins I need (or just 25% of them) and taking my multivitamin AND my grüns daily would give me way over the recommended daily dose and provide potential side effects, so I decided to go back to my regular multivitamin.

I have been taking Gruns for almost a week now and the fiber is working! It has taken me a little time to get used to the taste (not my favorite) but now I don't mind it. I will be reordering.
